Hotel Acta Atrium Palace

The facilities, the room, the service, and comfort all was no good. The value is far beyond it worth

The staff are amazing and super friendly and welcoming. I ended up extending my stay beyond what I had initially intended because it was a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Excellent breakfast, lots of choice. Great quality. Rooms were lovely, good bathroom facilities. Hotel is in a great location, we were able to walk about comfortably. Reception staff were friendly and welcoming

Room was very nice and neat, bedding was good, really nice. Shower in the bath, a bit old fashioned!!! Aircon was working but not making the room cold as should be, maybe need some gas refill.

The location was the only worthwhile aspect of this hotel. Check in didn’t take long, but that’s about it. This stay was ridiculous. Our first night there, spent amongst close friends and family — without even so much as a warning or noise complaint, the hotel staff sent the POLICE up to our room for a noise complaint threatening to throw us out of the hotel despite having several more days on the property — not to mention the volume being perfectly respectable. It was Saturday night in Barcelona and not even so much as a phone call to ask us to keep it down. I also felt it was entirely inappropriate during another occasion that while I was still asleep, hotel staff abruptly entered my room at 10am one morning with no reason or notice, scanned the room and until I exclaimed that I was in there sleeping, didn’t realize they SHOULD NOT BE IN A GUESTS ROOM IN THIS WAY. It was so messed up and unnecessary - I was literally undressed in bed. This hotel sucks ngl. The elevator is also ancient. Just find a different space

The hall way to rooms is dull so are the rooms , very small tv , ugly dark walls

Good location, great coffee and breakfast. The air conditioning vent blows directly onto the bed. The airflow direction cannot be adjusted, and the fan speed cannot be decreased

It seemed a little dated 2 twin beds pushed together to make a queen bed was bad

It’s located in a central part of the city. Acta had easy access to transportation. The staff were super helpful and friendly. The breakfast was fantastic. There were lots of choices for whatever you felt like eating to start your day. I especially liked that you could make your own cava mimosa each morning. We will definitely stay here our next time in Barcelona. No issues.

Nice facilities, excellent location, mid breakfast options The breakfast could have more options, for the price of the hotel, we were expecting more. Even though the food available was tasty, it was not very warm!

Very clean, extra amenities in room and right in the middle of the reasons you come to Dresden. It was nice that staff could communicate with me in English but they were also very kind.

The location of the hotel was excellent and very convenient. The staff were always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Whenever we had a problem with the room, they assisted us quickly. The cleanliness was also decent overall. The main downside was the plumbing system. There was quite a lot of water noise coming into the room, especially at night, which could be disturbing. The flushing system was also not very strong, which was a bit uncomfortable during the stay.

The staff were fantastic. The location is perfect. Great breakfast. Highly recommend!! I wished for small weights in the gym.
