Everything was great!! The room was spacious and bed very comfortable. Abhik was so welcoming!!

Only the AC was restricted and toom was very hot.

One of the reception (dont recall his name) with long hair, was not a good communicator. He locked my room and told me “I locked it so you bring Your passport” he said. I believe this could have been communicated in a better manner.

There was a loud noise and I figure out was from the upper floor when they showered and the motor (probably for heater) turns on. Nothing much the staff can help.

Room facing the street was too noisy

Great location Fitness room was unbearably hot. Could have used to have fans inside minimum to circulate air.

The location is close to all must see in Barcelona, the staff where nice and the breakfast was really good. Also, the room was very spacious.

The ac didn’t work they couldn’t fix it while we were there but it was still Ok because we could open the window.

We had the most wonderful family stay at Hotel Indigo Barcelona from March 29 to April 4, and I can’t recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and professionalism that made us feel completely at home. A particular highlight of our stay was the incredible breakfast experience each morning. The staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and efficient—always greeting us with a smile and going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. With four kids in tow, that kind of genuine hospitality meant a lot. The food was fresh, plentiful, and delicious, with something for everyone in the family. We also want to give a big thank-you to the cleaning personnel, who kept our rooms spotless throughout the stay. Every day we returned to a perfectly tidy and fresh space, which added so much comfort to our trip. Their attention to detail and quiet efficiency did not go unnoticed. The hotel itself is ideally located, stylish, and family-friendly, but it’s the people who truly make the experience special. Hotel Indigo Barcelona exceeded all our expectations—we’ll definitely be back!

The rooms were comfortable. They gave us an early check in, but it was a tiny room which they upgraded the next day. Breakfast spread was good. Thank you The car and drop off cannot access the street in front of the hotel, so we needed to drop luggage at the side street (in the rains) and then walk to the hotel.

Room 214 was extremely warm for someone from the north of Europe. I thank the staff for offering a different room for the second night. The temperature in room 214 with access to the enclosed atrium

Both the reception staff and the cleaning staff, exemplary! The positioning of the hotel in relation to tourist attractions, metro and bus stations quite close. We chose the hotel based on the reviews, especially because they had a restaurant... we already had an experience from last year in another city, we had nowhere to get a coffee or eat on the first day of of the year, and the same thing here...big mistake...By the way, the surprise was that the person serving at the bar was the same person who prepared the food, they have a "poor" menu, it is not always open, the same thing happens at the bar..that is if you are thirsty or hungry, look elsewhere. Even if we asked them to offer us rooms with a view of the city, this did not happen, and one of the rooms offered was with a view into a wall..which means, effectively, they have nothing to do with the customers' requirements. The rooms are quite small, you don't have much room to move, and so is the bathroom. Not the kind of hotel I would go back to.
