The road is cut off right in front and on the side of where this hotel is, so the location was inconvenient due to construction.

Rooms were good size, clean and comfortable. Location was great for walking. The doorman was so friendly, we loved him! Water at the lobby was awesome for the heatwave when we were there! Loved the book selections we love reading them while seating at the lobby which is comfortable. The price of the breakfast, I wish since we do not eat a full breakfast there was small amount and bigger amount of food. Since there were other options around they could offer cheaper and more if guest fits their bill.

Clean and comfortable room Housekeeping came in my room two times the morning I was leaving despite the “do not disturb” sign being out. When I told the front desk about my safety concern, I was dismissed without an explanation.

Good location Construction next door; noisy street

The staff is exceptional and accommodated, a health disability, with kindness and compassion! The initial check-in was managed by the reception staff so beautifully considering I had episodes. My check in and they needed to work with one of my friends to finish the process. The room accommodation, fully supported my disability and eliminated any fragrance and chemicals in the room There is more scientific research of the impact of fragrance on the brain. This hotel uses too much fragrance within the lobby area that it is uncomfortable, and even close. I did not have a disability when I was on a tour with Trafalgar. It indicated that the fragrance is too strong. There is no need to add fragrance in your ventilation system, and it causes Neurological damage please reconsider using this, even though other hotels to your cast will be happier they just don’t let you know about it and I’ve been on disability for over seven years because of the chemicals used in fragrances

The venue's breakfast was very good, well worth the priice.There was a wide variety of fruits and bakery items along with made to order omelets. Thhe coffee was also good. Everyone was helpful in answering our questions and helping us book events. It would have been helpful if the front desk always had someone available who spoke better English. For most purposes their languish ability was adequate.

Staff were both helpful and extremely welcoming. Centrally located to restaurants and shopping. Rooms were very quiet and the beds were comfortable.
