close to stores, convenient location nothing really to dark the ceiling are to low

The location was great, rooms were really clean and modern. The breakfast was really good. The sound isolation could have been better among the rooms.

The location and the staff The restaurant was in the basement.

The staff was so helpful with questions, storing our luggage upon early arrival, and went out of their way in personally getting us a taxi to the airport. The breakfast buffet was nice, but a bit overpriced.

It was MWC period so price was higher then normal days. Room was great, normal size. For me location is not super but acceptable. Hotel was clean and service was good. Cannot really say much and judge as well. From early morning i was out till late so i have used this hotel for sleep mainly.

The hotel is close to the Atocha train station but a little bit further from the main attractions. The staff, the room was great!

They upgraded my stay. And the room was well equipped. They can work on their bathroom amenities. The towels and hand towels were looking too worn off.

Location When we arrived we had two bottles of water in room. Next day we choose to not have room cleaned. Went down to ask for more water and the front desk guy stated it was a first night thing and we were on the economy room. Almost $500 american dollars for a two night stay. Rooms were extremely small and beds were uncomfortable ( hard).
