Fantastic hotel! We will come back!

From the minute you arrive you know you are about to experience something special. You are greeted by the someone as soon as you get out of the car. They are there to take your bags and show you inside. You are greeted by Kia with a smile and Chris who was in training at the time. Nothing but class. I had requested an early check in and was kindly granted my request. We went to our room and I was pleased with the size and amenities. The gentleman that was in charge of the concierge desk was simple amazing . (Javi) If he could have taken us on the tour of city himself I think he would have. The roof top lounge and bar is absolutely beautiful and the pictures on the website does not do the view justice. You have a 360 degree view while you are in infinity pool. I met Carla and Mar and she was kind enough to make a perfect cocktail . She was very impressive . It was refreshing to meet this breath of fresh air. They went above and beyond with the service. Tomas was extremely professional and skilled in his job. The food at the breakfast was excellent and was run by a wonderful women name Saba . Food choices where excellent.

This hotel is in the best location in the city, and it is beautiful inside with spacious, well decorated rooms. The rooftop bar and restaurant is one of the best. The staff is absolutely amazing and went out of their way to cater to our every need.

Best location, extremely clean rooms filled with comfort and serenity and amazing breakfast

Staff members were polite and helpful. Clean and comfortable. Convenience to most places we went. Room lighting is not enough. It is difficult to read after dark in the evening. There is only one elevator to my room on the 7th floor. No instructions for using the elevator, the up button is for the elevator next to it which goes only to the six floor and down button is for the elevator which can go up to the 8th floor.

Absolutely beautiful property and helpful staff. My room was gorgeous, cleaned daily, bed turned down at night with chocolate, robe, slippers, etc. Food was great, breakfast included. Rooftop lounge was gorgeous at sunset and tapas were excellent. Perfect location, short walk to museums and parks and other attractions.

Great location and great service Rooftop bar was too crowded by people that were not from the hotel that we never got to experience it properly
-
Super location, easy access, historical building, lovely staff. Balconies not allowed to be open, no early check in, no late check out, very basic breakfast, price is higher than usual.

All was good, nothing that we didn't like

Clean, Location, Great stuff
-
Good location, nice rooms/rooftop. As other reviewers have mentioned, the staff seemed to have no idea who we were, which hasn’t been my experience at other 5-star properties. We were there for a babymoon and nobody congratulated us in person once ? Another staff member told my husband the rooftop was only for guests. In general we had very challenging experiences with the staff, and the hotel also ignored me when I tried to complain privately, which is what’s prompted me to leave a review instead.

Great location and was able to walk all of Barcelona in approx. 20 minutes. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the staff was very attentive and helpful.
