Could be better Too basic

Great location very central Barcelona and near important sights. Specially close to Gothic neighbourhood, plaça Catalunya and close to metro station Urquinaona. Housekeeping is really late and sometimes sloppy. Ran out of soap and towels. Overall beds were ok but not extremely confortable. Staff could be more helpful

Location was great. Most staff were friendly and helpful. Overall nice stay. Toilet didn’t flush well. Shower sprayed everywhere onto toilet and bathroom floor .. could use a full glass door instead of half. Floors in the room could have been cleaner.

The main highlight of this hotel is definitely its excellent location, which makes it very convenient to explore the surrounding area. Another strong positive point is the staff. They are extremely friendly, polite, and always willing to help Unfortunately, the stay was not comfortable at all. The beds were very uncomfortable, and the lighting in the room was poor. The pillows were too thin and did not provide proper support. Additionally, the window did not close properly, allowing cold air to enter the room at night, which made the situation even worse. Overall, the value for money does not match the level of comfort provided by the hotel.

The hotel hadn't switched on the AC so it was a little warm. They did offer a fan, but opening the windows worked out fine

The room was small and an unpleasant smell was coming out of the toilet. The staff tried everything they could to solve it. Since the hotel was fully booked, they booked me another room in a hotel affiliated to the same company.

The first room we were given was awful so we asked to change and they moved us to a much better room. Without having been in the better room my review would have been way worse. Room 301 is dark, crowded and you need to step over the toliet to get to the shower.

Rooms were spacious! In a great location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Thank you for a great stay!

We really enjoyed the location. We felt it was located close to shops, historic sights, cafes and tapas. Two twin beds put together for a double bed. The towels were very thin. However, the maid service made everything nice, clean and organized.

Only the location Room was small, tiny fridge was empty. Bathroom desperately need an upgrade Very basic amenities. Limited provisions Stay 3 nights room wasn’t cleaned - had to request - cleaners came in at 5pm once only. Staff was rude and blunt. Wrote to the hotel about it.

I would say its 3 star hotel not 4 , i stayed for 6 night the stuff amazing and kind specially the young man with long hair he was so helpful i would like to thank him , the location is great but the room need update and small . The rooms not like the pictures

The location is ideal for the old city, cathedral, palace of Catalán music and close to shops and local transport network. The price was good for the days booked in comparison with the neighborhood. Friendly staff and clean My room was a little old, with some broken tiles and no function for the room safe

The staffs, when we arrived the hotel to check in and we are on the line and he didn't care , he keeps talking nonsense to somebody, so we wait long time, and then when we will check out the staff charged us to extra for breakfast even we don't eating at hotel,

Location was good The room wasn’t matching the photos in booking app so Mitch smaller and no natural light from the window and the view also wasn’t the one in the photos for example view of the street and city.

Help from the staff. Always important when travelling alone. The staff at the front desk even helped me with their computer as my devices were not working. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Good option for anyone needing a location near the port.
