The location is good, in front of cathedral. There are some street shows sometimes there. It is not too far from seaside, maybe 20 minutes, but also closer to other parts. The staff are kind, the breakfast is good and great options. Some staff could be more helpful. The room service was a bit weird. Sometimes they do not refill the coffee, ... There is not significant gym or pool in there.

The hotel has a great location with many shopping and dining options nearby, right opposite the church. The 7th-floor rooftop offers a panoramic view of the church, the food is delicious. Room service was good, and cleaning crews are amazing, doorman are helpful and friendly. Receptionist Ivan helped me with checkout was amazing too. I travel with 19,18,15 yrs kids. Booked 2 Elegance rooms. It took over 40 minutes for us to check in and we were only ones. Kai, the front desk employee asked me to confirm the children's birthdays several times. Even though I handed her all four passports. The last time she asked, she actually said, "Are you sure that is his birthday?" It was honestly ridiculous. The passports were right in her hands, yet she kept acting as if I were lying about my child's birthday. From beginning to end, she had a total poker face with no smile at all. While she was not outright rude, someone with such a lack of service awareness should really work behind the scenes. Also they put my boys in room 326 and it was tiny, no fridge, narrow bathroom with much smaller bedroom space. If you book Elegance room and they give you one of x26 rooms, ask them to change, it is very tricky hotel does that. The next day, I saw Kai who had checked us in.I walked over to give her feedback regarding the lengthy check-in process, how she questioned the honesty of my children's birth dates, and the fact that she gave me a room much smaller than what I had booked. She did not apologize at all. Instead, she made a call right in front of me to summon her supervisor.Supervisor Menue turned out to be another poker face, completely lacking the professional standards of a hospitality manager. Ignored everything I said. He then countered with, "Well, they already changed the room for you yesterday." I replied, "Yes, but I am here to give you my feedback." He then said, "Do you want me to send something to your room? Do you want me to give you a gift?' I honestly never expected a 5 star hotel front desk supervisor to have such a low level of professionalism.His entire attitude made it seem like I was just causing trouble out of nowhere just to beg for a gift.

Location was perfect, facilities were great. Comfortable bed, good service. The shower needs a door and the elevators are very small and highly trafficked. Needs a better located full body mirror.

Very beautiful hotel, the lobby area with its friendly staff feels really welcoming. Nice rooms. Wonderful rooftop terrace for a sundowner with a great view of the cathedral!

always stay here when we come to barcelona. great hotel and great location nice our room was ready early too!

I was in the Master suite with a balcony overlooking the Cathedral. It was perfect.

Everything. The staff were amazing and professional. The room was clean and large. It is close to so many restaurants, shopping, and things you want to see. I liked everything.

location only For $400.00 room was a huge disappointment. way smaller then shown for type of room paid for and then safe and coffee maker didn't work. Stayed there before much better room, now supposedly 5 stars, and it has gone downhill. Complained when checking out and again, by email- no response and I was responsible for 8 people staying there. embarrassed that I recommended it.

Incredible location across from the Cathedral. We had historical neighborhood and sites at our doorstep. We enjoyed the rooftop bar, views from our room and delicious breakfast. The employees were so friendly and helpful. An exception hotel. Highly recommend!! Nothing.

Location and staff were excellent. Rooms were decorated nicely. Love the roof top bar. Breakfast was very good.
