Everything, location, quality of the room, breakfast, staff etc. Everything was perfect, thank you so much.

Centrally located, very good breakfast, very helpful staff - the restaurant is also excellent Fancy design is sometimes not practical : window you can’t open and a shower pane of the bathtub that leaks so you flood the bathroom when you use it. WiFi in the room was not working.

Staff were so friendly and helpful with me, an English speaker. My room was cleaned and freshly stocked with coffee every day. Turn down service with chocolate at night was an additional plus. The location turned out to be perfect for the metro and many places I wanted to see. Ate my best dinner in walking distance to the hotel. I was visiting my daughter at the university and that was also convenient. As a solo female traveler, I was so thankful for how generously I was treated. I had a post dinner dessert and wine in the hotel restaurant--same lovely treatment. Would definitely return here.

Location, friendly helpful staff. Cava on arrival! ? Carpet not clean in lobby

The staff at the hotel got a taxi for us to the airport and they told us it would be around €30-40 which is a pretty normal amount. Instead they got us a very expensive taxi that had nothing extra, but charged us €60. Overall it seemed like their customers were not their first priority.

Location Roof top restaurant and pool Not enough vegetarian breakfast options but really not an issue

Nothing Terrible experience – definitely not a 5-star hotel! When we arrived, the hotel tried to charge us more than the price shown on Booking. While we were standing there, they even changed the price online to make it look higher! Luckily, we took a screenshot. We were too tired to change hotels, so we stayed — big mistake. The room smelled awful, the window couldn’t be opened, and there was no ventilation in the bathroom. They gave us a disabled-access room without asking, and never followed up when we asked for another one. The beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable, and the service was poor. This place is nowhere near 5-star quality. Would never stay here again!

Location was great Walking distance to all attractions Clean Staff were great and very helpfull Size of rooms

Great location and very nice rooftop terrace pool area. Very expensive for what it is. Small room and honestly nothing amazing that justifies such a high room rate. Not even a scale or an ironing board in the room…

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall, I had a mixed experience. The location is excellent, making it convenient to explore the area, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Firstly, I found the prices to be somewhat overrated, especially considering that there are other hotels nearby with better locations that offer similar or even better amenities at roughly half the price. Additionally, the pool closes quite early at 7:00 PM, which limited our options for evening relaxation. The gym is quite small and not open 24 hours, which was inconvenient. Another area where the hotel could improve is housekeeping. During our five-day stay, we noticed that the bathrobe was not replaced or cleaned properly; we kept the same one for the entire duration, which was less than satisfactory. It would be great if they paid more attention to these details to enhance the guest experience. Overall, the hotel has a good location and friendly staff, but there’s room for improvement in value and service consistency.

Location is outstanding! Staff is excellent except at the rooftop lounge where the service was poor. Roof top lounge. The views are terrific, however.

The location is great, it was our favorite thing about the place. In general, definitely a beautiful renovation, fancy and a rooftop with a great view of the city. The staff was helpful in most cases, the cleaning ladies were very pleasant. The start - My husband and I arrived here for our honeymoon, 4 days after our wedding day. I let the staff know this upfront but no one congratulated us even once (not even saying about anything else that could have been done by a 5-star hotel). On the first day, we were waiting for our check-in for 7 hours (from 8 am to 3 pm) and it looked like no one even tried to check-in us earlier although there were free rooms of our type available on booking.com. The facilities - We hated that the windows did not open and we couldn't ever get fresh air. Although the design of our room was very modern, it wasn't very practical - very little room for storage of your own things (some storage compartments are so high that you can't use them; others are filled with the hotel's brochures and mini bar), my husband kept his things in a suitcase for a whole week eventually. The bathroom - door never closed property/completely from the start, which made it hear everyone's everything all the time. While taking the shower, water easily spilled over and made the floor always wet. Soundproofing with the corridors was not perfect. We also asked for a second chair in the room since the room was for 2 people but only one could have a place to sit at first - this was done. In general all cosmetics were provided only for 1 person and some of them were never renewed. Same story with face towels, which I personally do not like. It was very unpleasant to experience such a constant economy while you pay a lot. We also asked for water to be renewed at 2-3 pm instead of the evening but this was done only once after the request. The money - First of all, they tell you about an obligation to pay €100 per day as a deposit (not €100 overall as it says on booking.com). This money just gets stuck at the hotel for your whole visit.

Excellent location in the heart of Barcelona that was a short walk to many points of interest with a lot of good restaurants nearby. The bed was very comfortable, the room had black out shades which was nice if you didn't want sunlight in the room too early, nice size bottles and well stocked mini bar, great cocktails in the lounge and pool deck. A great pool deck outside on the top floor with nice views and an infinity pool. Both restaurants had good menus. Staff was very friendly and happy to assist with any needs. No desk in the room, no rooms with a balcony and like many properties in Spain, wish the sound proofing between rooms was better.

Staff was friendly and very helpful. Great location for walking to major tourist sites. Breakfast well worth the cost! Would stay again.
