Location was just what we wanted- old part of town, not too touristy, close to metro, felt safe. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. Fresh towels every day.

We were only here for one night but the location could not have been better. A great spot to explore the Gothic quarter. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There wasn’t really anything I didn’t like about the property.

I honestly loved everything about it. The moment I entered the smell was just so beautiful and our room was very neat. I loved the modern design. I also found the bed to be very comfortable. The cleaning service was also excellent. The receptionist were all super warm, welcoming, and respectful. Honestly some of the reviews scared me but reality was so much better. I don’t regret my stay!

Beds were comfortable, and the space was perfect for traveling with family. The location was ideal. Our only point off was for the noise, not outside but inside the room the upstairs neighbors were loud walking around and the floors are squeaky and the refrigerator and freezer are loud (sporadic popping sounds).

Great location, large comfortable room, breakfast was very nice, staff was helpful to answer questions and provide suggestions in the area. Worked perfectly for our family of 4. Nothing. We had a great stay!

Our room was very dark and a bit awkwardly arranged. Doors hit beds, chairs faced walls, lights where all floor lamps, etc.

Absolutely awesome location - few mins walk to key attractions. Plenty of places around for breakfast/dinner etc. Fairly big rooms relative to other venues in the city - we fit well with two adults and one 16yo. Ideal for 2-3 days stays. May be good idea to look for more modern places for longer (may be just me). Very dark rooms and rooms can use some renovation.

Great location- walkable to many attractions, nice breakfast, large rooms. Nothing- everything was wonderful. possibly unsafe late at night in dark alleys, but we were not out very late.
