Fantastic stay in the glamorous part of Barcelona. Check in was super easy and the reception team are a dream! Bar and waiting staff all very attentive and friendly. Pool nice and refreshing on top floor and hotel room was a 10/10. Breakfast had a nice variety and staff there were also lovely. Hotel has lots of nice food spots inside and nearby as well. A high end shopping street located nearby too. Area around the hotel felt very safe. Wish we booked for longer and will be staying here again soon! View from the room was not the best but not a dealbreaker for us.

Rooms were very practically designed and came with all necessary appliances etc. Nice staff. I was given a quiet room. Room style was rather simple for a 5 star hotel.

The location of the hotel is fantastic if you like to shop. It's right off Rambla de Catalunya. The breakfast food at the restaurant was delicious and the staff there was polite and helpful. The room was not my favorite. I keep striking out in Barcelona when it comes to hotel rooms. The lighting in the room was very dim, even when everything was turned on. The room lacked a full length mirror, which is crazy. The shower design was awkward. I know it's a common design flaw in European hotels, but this one was very strange. You had to turn a narrow corner into the shower that of course had no door. It was quiet for the most part, but we could hear people walking in the room above us.
