Very central location in Eixample. The staff were polite and super helpful. Rooms cleaned every day. Amazing breakfast. Smoking allowed by the pool but only within daytime hours. The other option is to smoke outside without any proper disposal bin

The location was really good with walking distance to all main locations. Hotel itself was clean with nice rooms.

Good location, close to barcelona city center. I had requested for room with terrace, but it was an indoor terrace. Good option, but not value for money. I wasn't offered water and a tea refill as part of daily room service. I wasn't expecting that for the price I paid for this hotel.

Great location, nice and clean room, wonderful breakfast For some reason our room can hear some music during night. Not exactly sure where it’s coming from.

The location was superb. Walking distance to Sagrada Família, Casa Batllo and La Pedrera. Also close to a City Tour bus stop. It was a very comfortable bed and room.

Staff was very pleasant. The room was very nice and clean. The location was good. Just disappointed that when we got back to the room after a full day and wanted to relax...there were no English programs on the television. We didn't want to start hooking up.to.Netflix. This was truly our first experience abroad with no English stations and the hotel was pricey. In this day and age of WIFI, satellite, etc....it was a surprise.
