David at the reception was personable and attentive. He welcomed us upon arrival, immediately assisted with luggage, escorted us to the front desk, and then to our accommodations (David, you remember the funny thing that happened with the door handle LOL?). Again, David’s authentic persona made an instant welcoming impact throughout our stay. Thanks David and I hope you get to read this and receive acknowledgement (I know you will) for who you are and what you contribute to your Team. See you all next time! Our two-night stay was too short.

Bathroom was great, awesome shower, good sized rooms. Breakfast was great. Clean, very friendly staff. Extra pillows in room with a thicker bed sheet or blanket, would have been great to have a door to the balcony instead of a window and not to hear others doors slamming so loudly as they come and go. Woke us up more than once a night.

Staff was very pleasant. The room was very nice and clean. The location was good. Just disappointed that when we got back to the room after a full day and wanted to relax...there were no English programs on the television. We didn't want to start hooking up.to.Netflix. This was truly our first experience abroad with no English stations and the hotel was pricey. In this day and age of WIFI, satellite, etc....it was a surprise.

Great location and very comfortable conditions. As I was traveling with children, the hotel kindly gave us the opportunity for an early check-in, which we really appreciated after our journey. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Thank you!

Relatively aged room, furniture and amenities. Pool was merely 10 sqm and 1 m deep. The lobby bar was super basic. You basically (over)pay for the location and that's it.
