Great location, friendly helpful staff. The air conditioning in the room couldn’t be controlled and it felt very hot at nighttime. Smell of smoke came through our vents or an adjacent room one morning which was unpleasant.

Location, nice room, comfy bed For that price and 4 stars, we really expected something different. Breakfast was terrible. No fresh coffee, just a machine, only processed food. Really not good. A/C in the room was very loud but didn’t really cool the room down, therefore we couldn’t sleep at night because it was very stuffy.

Staff were great, Oswaldo was awesome! Very helpful, very professional, very thorough, and efficient. Wish the rooftop pool was better, didn’t include breakfast. Our last night was very inconvenient. Another guest caused the lights to be out and we had to move rooms. Instead of packing we had to move and it was very late. It was very inconvenient.

Location is exceptional: close to Rambla and Diagonal metro station. Combined with the Hola Barcelona travel card, it is easy to reach all tourist destinations and even the airport via metro. Gaudi houses can also be reached on foot. Some fruits and natural (not sweet) yogurt would be a nice addition to an otherwise good breakfast.

The location is perfect The water after showering flooded in the bathroom and room. They have a problem in the draining. We had to cleanup late night by ourselves. There is no support system. The receptionist was alone. No additional employee to help out.

The location offered convenient access to the metro and local stores, all within a peaceful and pleasant neighborhood. The room itself was generous in size and very comfortable. We particularly loved the two unique interior balconies with curtains, which provided a cozy place to pause and reflect on everything we had experienced during the day. We noticed that there was no water in the fridge upon arrival. The soap dispenser by the bathroom sink was somewhat difficult to access. The shower wall partition also did not offer sufficient coverage, causing water to spill onto the floor. This is an area that could benefit from improvement.

Good location and one of the receptionists was very nice and we were able to do early check in as we were too tired and he showed us tourists spots etc. My personal stuff was left on the floor while they were placed on the bed before I left, so I could guess the cleaning person didn’t pay much attention on details.

Some guests were smoking in their room, and the smell became so strong that we had to move in the middle of the night. The staff were great and did their best to address the situation, though. The rooms themselves are very small and feel low quality. We stayed here because my husband had a work trip and the reservation was already made, so we preferred not to relocate, but ultimately, the hotel simply isn’t worth the price. During the same trip, we stayed at several other places that were either cheaper or similarly priced, yet offered much better quality. There are also several better options in the same neighborhood at roughly the same price point.

When our group checked in the woman on the desk was very professional and helpful when faced with a large group of women full of questions The young fellow working the evenings went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. The staff made our stay very pleasant and I would not hesitate to recommend the hotel to friends

The rooms were big (for Europe), clean and very modern inside. The staff were fantastic! They helped us with shuttles, tours and sent us more toilet paper as needed. The breakfast that was available for good. There were plenty of restaurants around. It needed more chairs by the pool. The bath tub tap as a little stiff to turn and we used a towel to turn.
