Staff was exceptional, hotel is beautiful and in a great location. I became sick during my stay and front desk was extremely supportive and attentive. Details in room were great. Soft, plush towels and robe along with slippers. Bed could have been a bit softer. The rooms could have been a bit more sound proof to minimize hall noise. More towels by the pool area.

The staff was very helpful. Was very clean. Neighborhood was safe.

We liked breakfast and room. It supported our needs as a family of four. It was very clean and staff was far better than adequate, especially front office. I did not like that i had expressed we would like an early check in due to a family of 4 travelling like for 7 hours. Our room was given to us 40 minutes after official check in hour (15:40). Also we left something behind and we asked hotel specifically to send it to us with guest (us) charge, but they did not comply with our request and send also one bottle of saline we had left behind on purpose, which opened during transport and ruined all staff that we asked hotel to send us with a big cost for us. Also, we did not like that in our room electrical supply panel was behind a wooden panel which was open.

The stuff was great and helpful, rooftop was a nice place to spend time at. Bed was very small for two people: short and narrow, seems like smaller than standard 160x200 cm size, which is quite a discomfort for two people to sleep.

- Super nice and attentive staff. - Location - Facilities are failing, nothing drain properly in the bathroom. - The design is not practical, weird sink with no proper space to wash your hand, slippery leather sofa, and very noisy iron mini bar. - Lighting is a joke.

Always like this hotel, I’ve stayed 3 times at least The staff is pleasant and super helpful Good location 1) price has increased over 100% 2) breakfast in Madrid was more varied and 1/3 the price vs Barcelona 3) bathtub wouldn’t drain, called about it. No one liked it so I put a fork into the plug to lift it so the tub would drain. Minor problem but for the expense I expected the problem to be fixed

Decent 4-star hotel. The price was expensive for what you get, but I guess that's what you get for Barcelona. Staff was very friendly, spoke English well. Room was good, slightly small, but clean and the inside amenities were quite up to date. Overall, I had a pleasant stay. Nothing except the price. For the price, I would have expected more in general, but I understand this was in the heart of Barcelona, so seemed in line with other comparable hotels in the area.

Excellent room and location!!

Lovely hotel, architectural style of hotel was awesome. Exposed brink with modern finishes. Roof top bar was awesome with tasty food to enjoy. Gym was decent as well as the pool. Perfect location one block from La Rambla. Still close to sights and shopping but not heavy tourist area.

The service and friendliness of the staff was really exceptional! We felt very much at home and enjoyed our stay to the fullest. The room was very spacious and the interior design is very modern and tasteful.

Absolutely loved my stay and will look to stay again the next time I’m in Barcelona. Wonderful staff, very nice rooms & service.
