room was bigger than we anticipated, breakfast was outstanding, front desk clerks were very helpful, particularly Adrian. (I think that was his name) The entry door was very difficult to get open and keep open to bring in our luggage.

Everything was neat and clean. Hotel Staff was friendly and helpful. Quiet at night. Good Breakfast included in our rate. Rooftop bar and pool was well laid out, All staff was very friendly. Prices for beer and wine were very reasonable. We would definitely stay at this property again

Great location and close to lots of shopping, restaurants and bars Rooftop pool/bar was nice Cab stop right in front of the hotel. 10-15 minute ride to most anywhere , including the trian station. Kind of weird small shower but I am 6'4'/193cm. Probably great for most

One of the best rooms in Spain. Very pleasant and quiet. It’s on the junction and pretty accessible to shopping streets and food streets Breakfast should be improved. This is the disappointing part. Very less spread and not great at all.

Front desk was super helpful. Shower was heaven. Beds were extremely comfortable. Blackout curtains were great. Everything was wonderful. Rooftop was amazing. The scent from the reed diffusers was overpowering. Every time I walked into the reception area I started sneezing.

The staff were amazing, the place is clean and located in a very nice area. The area it’s located can be Loud sometimes

Very clean and simple but beautiful decoration. Excellent location The air condition was controlled and was not able to get it cool enough.

Very decent breakfast for a European hotel, good location During booking, booking.com showed pictures of a room with window looking outside to city and selected that as a non cancellable booking, when I arrived at the hotel I was told the confirmation was sent for a basic room, went up to the room to find out that meant a room with a window looking at the inside corridor and elevator doors. The so called basic room was not viewable in bookingcom for any date over the following 12 months. Hotel staff said it's a booking com technical issue. Raised a complaint, booking asked me to provide proof that I didn't select a "basic room" which was not present or bookable in bookingcom for any date for this property. Level 2 genius long time bookingcom user severely disappointed for paying 350eur per nite for a 12m2 windowless room due to misleading pictures and information. I feel let down by both the property and bookingcom. I will never do a non cancellable reservation on bookingcom again, everyone using this service also should take screenshots/recording while they are doing the bookings as apparently it is the only way to dispute anything with them

Gym is too small and you need to book to access to the room..

Location is excellent, staff are polite and professional. Room is clean and spacious. Windows are not insulated so room is noisy specially at night. Bed is not very comfortable.
