Lived this property. Gorgeous location, great staff who were friendly and helpful. It was great being out of the bustle, lots of fantastic food options and it felt more local. Room was spacious would stay again Nothing

Good location - very friendly staff and comfortable bed. The staff were very helpful as something was broken in the room and they fixed it straight away. For the price, the rooms were small and there is no wardrobes and minimal drawer space to put your clothes. The sink being in the main room also made it feel a lot smaller

The bed was really comfortable. The shower was great. The staff at the front desk / bar were so welcoming, lovely to chat with and extremely hospitable - honestly, they made up the stay for us. The location was perfect, super central but also super safe, elegant and calm - close to so many restaurants / cafes. It was really easy to get a cab, and also we walked just 10 minutes and we were at the main shopping street. The house keeping was not up to the same standard as the rest of the hotel. I think it was very surface level cleans, and they would not remove / replace used mugs and cutlery - we had to place things outside the door for them to be removed from the room or replaced. For some reason, there was a lot of door slamming in the morning that you could hear (when we checked - it seemed to be house keeping going in and out) from neighboring rooms.
