The warm welcome, as well as overall communication was super friendly and service-oriented. Staff in general was very attentive, also/especially during breakfast! Also loved the vegetarian options.

The hotel is located right next to Plaza de España which was perfect for us because we had an event nearby. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The hotel parking is pricey at 20€ per night but I suppose it’s the only option in the area.

We stayed for one night and everything was good and the staff was very friendly . The rooms were quite clean and spacious . The breakfast was good . The room tap pressure was a bit low

We wanted a location close to Sants railway station, yet easy to get to the main attractions. This hotel met those criteria well, making use of the metro system with a two day card. A smallish room, but it did have the advantage of a balcony. Good, rather than excellent breakfast choices.

Wet had a great stay. The location is great, close to some touristic spots and good transportation options nearby, including metro stops. Lots of options for food in the neighborhood. The hotel is quite good and the staff was great. Very nice and helpful. Totally recommend it.

It's a good value for the price, hotels is also located near Plaza Espanya close to metro stations. The only minus I would give to small rooms, otherwise staff approch is perfect, breakfast is tasty and plenty of food. There is also a wellness center included in the price.

On my daughter's birthday, the hotel staff brought wine and birthday wishes to our room. It was a very nice gesture. A group of young people coming for a bachelor party should be accommodated in a secluded area of the hotel.
