Clean, big and nice staff

Very friendly staff in attendance 24 hours. The location is within a five minute walk from the main station. Very clean and well kept, Ideal for a night or two to see the main city attractions, 15 minutes in a taxi cost £12 Perhaps a little too much to pay for one night, but I got what I paid for

The staff were wonderful and they are the reason I'm giving this hotel more than no stars. Truly, from the front desk staff to the cleaning staff, everyone was kind, friendly, and helpful. Unfortunately, there were few other things about this hotel to recommend. It was clean, and it did have a big bathroom, so I'll give it that. These are the things that bring it to three stars. The bad: the main area of the room is not just small, but claustrophobic. They try to make up for the tight space by packing it with a ton of unnecessary furniture including tall wardrobes that only serve to make the space feel even smaller. In my room there was absolutely no window, so it was dark and oppressive to boot. Honestly, the vibes are like "nice" prison cell. The best is one of the worst I have ever slept on. Completely uncomfortable. To add insult to injury, the air con vent was directly above the headboard, and it sounded like a jet engine. I adjusted the air as much as I could to get it to run less, but that did nothing, and then I tried to turn it off entirely only to find you could not do so! I was FREEZING by the end of the night and did not sleep a wink. Absolutely useless. I could have slept in a park and been better off.

Close to transport hub, friendly staff and very helpful for questions. Nothing didn't have enough time just passing through!

We stayed on 2 separate occasions going to Palma & returning from Palma. On the first occasion we had a lovely room, very clean & comfortable but last nights stay the room was cramped, had a strange en-suite with glass door & open wasn’t as clean as I’d have expected. Great location for the train station & there’s cafes & bars beside it. 1 great room and experience & then felt let down on our second stay with tiny room & not the cleanest especially as we paid £50 more for that night than we had paid a week beforehand.

Extremely friendly staff and prompt cleaners, all very accommodating. Shower is slightly difficult to use.

Location, cleanliness, good quiet air con, friendly and informative 24hour concierge. Construction next door, but if you’re out during the day that’s okay

Nothing fancy, but all works as expected

The room we stayed on the ground floor was very quiet and with a decent size. The staff at the reception was vey nice and kind. We arrived before the checking time but they let us occupy the room. Everything was good

Great location and spotlessly clean, but a few unexpected inconveniences Pros: Cleanliness & Aesthetic: The hotel and our room were very pretty and spotlessly clean. Location: Super convenient—literally a step away from the main train station, yet the neighborhood remained surprisingly quiet and peaceful. Staff: The staff were polite, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay. Cons / Areas for Improvement: Construction Noise: There was ongoing construction in the building right next to our room, which we were not informed about prior to arrival. On our first day, the wall drilling was extremely loud and disruptive (though thankfully it didn't persist as heavily after day one). Ants: We noticed ants in the room. To be fair, this clearly wasn't due to a lack of cleanliness—they didn't bite, avoided food completely, and seemed only interested in cosmetics in the bathroom bin. Still, having them climb the walls and our clothes was an inconvenience.

Good AC, fresh modern design and ammenities, very close to Barcelona Sants train station Walls are thin. Privacy of the bathroom was also a bit suboptimal - door led to a terrace that was accesible
