Great vibes, very cool. Good transport links. Great pool and sunbathing space on the roof. Served our purpose for a girls group trip. Easy checkout. Cleaning was sporadic- not enough clean towels left, we were short and had to share. Floor not swept, sheets not changed. Restaurant food was basic, overpriced and all the food came at completely random times. Expected more for what we paid. 3rd bed in room was so uncomfortable - it was like a rock. Genuinely least comfortable sofa bed I’ve ever sat on, let alone slept in!

I had a lovely comfortable large room with terrace I don’t like the fact that the reception is upstairs and feels as though it is just an extension of the bar. It feels like a lazy way to conduct business.

Great location, nice atmosphere. Rooftop pool is great. The restaurant upstairs was a little disappointment, food not very good and they did not see drinks to the pool until quite late in the day. Should perhaps find a new partner for that operation or take care of it themselves :)

I liked the roof top bar, great view. Lively area around the Hotel to explore public transport is very close. Easy to explore Barcelona from here. A table in the room to work on would be great. I missed not having a cupboard in the room.

Excellent customer service. Riom temperature. Maintenance resolved. Ekevators too small & sometime 1 out of 3 would not work.

Staff excellent. AC in room very warm. Tried adjusting and unable to cool room. Slow small elevators.
