Bathroom needs some maintenance

Great location when arriving by train. Easy 30 minutes walk to main tourist sites. Awesome breakfast. Hard to mange the room a/c. Windows opened which was great.

There was a metro station nearby. The coffee in the morning was good. The hallways were very noisy. The breakfast was plentiful but not very tasty. Staff was sometimes rude. The shower flooded my first day there and flooded my room.

To travel by train, location was good. There was no coffee available in room or lobby. Bed was soft and lumpy, felt old and worn.

The hotel is very clean, well-located, the breakfast is very good too! The staff were great! Rodrigo welcomed us warmly and gave us lots of tips about the city. We had a great time there The bathroom could be more modern and the ventilation system doesn't work very well - we felt warm at night
