The location couldn’t be better: a few steps from everything, yet peaceful and refined at night. Every detail - from the bedding to the lighting - felt considered and elevated. Definitely one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in Barcelona.

I like the location of hotel. There was dust on the room furniture, and inside the wardrobe. The breakfast was good especially the staff greets the guests with a wonderful smile, but the breakfast items are the same every day without many options for all multiple international guests.

Not knowing where to stay in Barcelona, this was in a great location. Staff welcomed us early, as we just disembarked our cruise. They kept our luggage until our room was ready. Very accommodating and our room was ready in an hour.

Easy to find, work staff were extremely friendly, very comfortable beds. There were many faults with our room, and the walls and floor boards are EXTREMELY thin. You can hear exactly what’s going on in the next room.

Location, room and staff very nice Granted we stayed in August but even set at lowest temps the room was warm to sleep in at night. We weren’t there during that day so not sure if that was consistent but cooler at night would be nice.

Location We checked out just in time when the power outage happened we asked assistance to book a car . For a hotel to have no contact for a car is unheard of. The security head was rude and disrespectful instead of assisting us

We had a lovely stay at Alexandra Barcelona Hotel. The staff at reception and in the bar/restaurant were lovely and very friendly. We received a free upgrade on arrival and our room was beautiful. We also really liked the location of this hotel. There was nothing we didn’t like.

Staff were extremely courteous and very helpful. The bar near reception was very nice and had a wide selection available. Breakfast buffet had an excellent selection and everything was delicious

Good location, especially for shopping, Staff nice. The hotel has wood floors - not very cosy and means some noise from other rooms - footsteps, moving chairs etc. We could also just hear the television in the room next door, not loud, but just enough to be annoying. Breakfast was a bit basic.
