Apartments Sata Olimpic Village Area

Location was great! Really nice place if you stay with family. Balcony was very spacious and view for Sagrada was a bonus. Kitchen was very functional, but adding some glasses for wine and beer would be great!

It's common in many accommodations: the soundproofing isn't great; you can hear neighbors and other guests moving around in the apartment above you. If you are a light sleeper, it's better to be prepared with earplugs.

The property is well located, in a very beautiful street, and the self check-in was easy! The apartment has a good size and a nice balcony getting a lot of sun in the afternoon and evening. The beds were quite comfortable! The management was super nice and easy communication, accommodating our last minutes needs! Unfortunately I didn’t find it very clean. The towels and the sheets for the beds was perfect, but floor, toilet and etcs wasn’t great. The bathroom door didn’t lock, what was quite annoying, the TV is not smart, so we couldn’t sync our accounts there and had to use the cable tv that had mostly everything in Catalan/Spanish. The wifi is reeeeally bad, that was another down. I had to ask for more toilet paper as it had only 2 rolls, and we were in 4 for 4 days. (but then was promptly answered by management and they left more for us).

We stayed for 3 nights as a group of 5 people, and overall we had a very nice experience. The apartment was clean, cozy, calm, and well maintained, with comfortable beds that ensured good rest after busy days in Barcelona. The location is excellent, with easy access to public transport, making it a great base for both sightseeing and relaxing. The apartment felt quiet and safe, and everything was well organized. We also had good communication with the host, who was friendly, helpful, and made the whole process smooth and pleasant. The only small downside is that the single bedroom is quite small, and its window faces the main road, so it can be noisy when the window is open, while keeping it closed makes the room a bit warmer. This was a minor issue and did not affect the overall quality of our stay.

Streets are dirty and on our first day the streets stink too It rained the next day and it washes off the dog's urine in the pavement.

It’s a bit crowded for a family trip with 4 persons.

Apartment was clean, we felt safe. There are many stores near the apartment an there is bus station just across the street. Metro is easily accessible from the apartment. If you like you can go on foot everywhere. There was nothing that we didnt like about this apartment.

The location is good. We were 4, and the sofa bed was not made when we came. Sofa bed is very noisy and quite uncomfortable, with matrass too small. One small detail i also disliked was that garbage bag was not provided. There is limited parking, and we did not get it. It was super difficult (= expensive) to park around Barcelona. Kitchen misses small pot as only big ones provided. Hope this helps!

Apartment in good state, sunny terrace, all basic necesities are present in the apartment. Bedroom in the back so quiet for sleeping. Good communication with the reception desk. Any problems are immediately taken care of. Special thanks to Martha for taking care of everything.

The location is excellent. We didn’t need to use car/ public transportation at all – we were able to walk everywhere. The view from the terrace is lovely. There's a garage directly beneath the apartment, which was very convenient. The kitchen is well equipped, and the apartment was clean. The humidity. Apartment was extremely damp – to the point where water was literally dripping from the ceiling in the dining room, where we also slept. We had to place a towel on the floor to muffle the sound of the dripping water, but it was still very unpleasant to sleep there. The air felt heavy with moisture, and just the idea of water leaking from the ceiling – especially when it wasn’t even raining – was unsettling. Unfortunately, the humidity issue overshadowed everything else. Additionally, both sofa beds in the dining room were quite uncomfortable. The metal frame was very exposed, and a couple of us ended up with scratches on our legs from it. Watchout for line of ants next to the wall.
