The room was clearly quite old, and on our first night the air conditioner started leaking condensation. When the issue happened during the night, there was no one available to fix it, and we were told it would be checked in the morning. By then the leaking had stopped, but it started again later that evening. After a technician inspected it, we were offered a different room. However, since it was already evening and our flight was only a few hours away, changing rooms would have been very inconvenient for us, so we decided to stay in the same room. We also noticed that one of the two bottles of water in the minibar/fridge had already been opened and partially consumed when we arrived. Overall, I really appreciated the kindness and professionalism of the reception staff, but the condition of the room and these issues negatively affected our stay.

For example, at around 3 a.m., our young child had a stomach ache and we needed hot water. Not only was there no electric kettle in the room—which is usually considered a basic amenity in a 4-star hotel—but the room telephone was also not working. I had to go down to the reception desk to ask for hot water, but I was told that they did not have any, nor did they have any equipment available to prepare it. In addition, the bathroom did not have a toilet brush. Although the room was a triple room, it was very small and had almost no amenities or facilities. The reason I still gave the hotel a rating of 4 was because of the kindness and professionalism of the staff, the cleanliness of the room, the convenient location, and the good breakfast.

Quiet, in a neighborhood, not on a busy street. Our GPS was difficult for some reason and we walk around in circles. It w as t anything the hotel did. Just letting other people to be aware GPS doesn’t work well.

Location was great for myself, it was away enough from all the bustle but a couple blocks down into all of it It’s in a quiet neighborhood with one of those if you know you know type secret restaurants reservation only named, L’Italiano Perso gems. With a beautiful park next door to connect to nature in the city.

there was a small confusion regarding breakfast payment, i would advice ppl to just not pay upfront - we paid upfront then it wasnt booked, we had to enter breakfast area with printed invoices of paid breakfast, yet on checkout there was again confusion about payment - lang. barrier didn't help - easily avoided if u just not pay upfront.

Exellent choice.Very comfortable room,after all day walk and enyoing the Barcelona,we had exellent rest area. Location to the metro L3 ,near the hotel.24 hours reception.We had great time staying in this hotel.
