Clean and the nice staff at the reception.

I feel comfort

The property is clean. But no fridge. No small coffee. No drinkable water. The breakfast is very limited.

TV didn’t work right. YouTube wouldn’t load. No A/C. Location, nothing close.

Room was very clean & Comfortable. I was very close to Marcet Football Academy which was great. Water pressure in Shower

He was very polite kind helpful respectful everything was.very good,breakfast was very delicious ,location near bus and metro station, everything was cleaned ,And i can I will gladly recommend Hotel colors

The shower curtain was too narrow and it was almost impossible to shower without making a mess. The price didn't justify the location, there were ants.

Friendly, extremely responsive and helpful… Diego was amazing and the front desk staff as well… the front desk asked what time we were arriving and offer to pick us up from the train station… since our arrival was before check in they offered to safely take our luggage to the hotel and drop us wherever we wanted, same for celiacs out they offered to accommodate shuttle to the airport since we have two under two and they could provide car seats. Hotel was clean and supper affordable. Diego makes small batches of croissants so they are always fresh and warm… would definitely come back

Staff is very thoughtful and helpful and provided an excellent experience. The rooms are clean and functional. To get to the city, it's about a 5 min walk to the train station and a 15-20min train ride to downtown. There is also a grocery store (Consum) about a 5 min walk. For a good selection of restaurants and cafes, Horta is nearby...about a 15 min walk. Felt safe walking alone at night.

Colors is a great option for a budget solo traveler. My room was small but quiet and clean . The property is away from the hustle and bustle of the city center in a safe and quiet part of the city . Great staff .

Even though it was a small hotel, the rooms were still the right size and suitable for a short period stay. It's about 20-30 minutes away from the city center, but it's located near a metro station and the neighborhood felt quite safe at every hour of the day. The AC is not working properly and you could wake at night by being too hot. There's a little bit of mold around the shower due to the fact that the bathroom has no window and the ventilation doesn't work, but nothing that could affect your stay. The mattresses are SO HARD and always woke up with a back pain. There's no mini fridge so we had to drink our water warm which is not the most ideal situation since we visited in August and adding this kind of appliance would improve the stay so much.

They were so friendly and offered assistence in whatever we needed. Even made breakfast to our liking. They were a huge help in getting us appropriate transportation to the airport. They went out of their way to be helpful and accommadating! Would stay there again. They were further away from the airport than I realized but my fault

the property is a bit old but clean and has everything you could need during your stay. it’s in a good location super close to the metro (L3) which is the main metro with which you can reach all the main attractions. the room is big and has AC. the breakfast doesn’t have much choice in terms of food but is good especially the toast and eggs that are cooked on the spot and served to you. the property also offers taxi service from and to the airport. Diego (the driver) is super nice and friendly and also super available for anything you need. He’s also the one who cooks eggs in the morning! great person and chef! (he was definitely a plus) the pillow are a little small and flat i wish they were a little more puffed and stuffed as for my preference.
