I loved being arround the girls. Late night talks in the kitchen. And the stuff were the sweetest and very helpful with my overweight luggage.

Staffs simpáticas, hostel extremamente limpo e organizado, pessoas do mundo todo. Localização perfeita (literalmente em frente a estação de metrô), padarias, mercados, farmácia, tudo perto Gostei de tudo, não tenho do que reclamar.

location is good.

It was well taken care of, very colorful. The bathrooms were very clean and so was the room!! The only thing that was missing for me was a place to put my belongings, but maybe i just didn’t find mine.

I felt at peace in Hostelle. The bed was super comfortable, the staff was kind and the atmosphere was very relaxed. The room was a little cold due to AC. I'd add something like a table to help us fold clothes or place cups, but it's just an idea.

My second stay and this time it was quieter and I was able to relax more in the Yellow room. When I booked a couple of months ago, I specifically asked for a bottom bunk, but when I arrived it resulted I was placed on a top bunk and the girl at the reception was stressed dealing with other guests so she was not able to help...and next to me in the room there were two bottom bunk beds that remained free during my entire stay.

I like the location, right by a metro stop so convienent. I liked the friendliness of the staff. the amount we paid we definitely got a bang for our buck I think it being women only made my friend and i feel extremely safe also there was a welcoming vibe in the building with signing events, arts and crafts, mixers its just a safe and fun place to be when i walked up to the door i did not know what to expect because the outside of it looks a little abandoned, but it truly awesome I loved it, only complaint is the 3 euro towels we rented were a little small, but u have unlimited changes for new ones once u pay the 3 euro so it is fine.

I would absolutely go back! Very clean, comfy, lovely common area, the kitchen is very complete and you can find everything you need, the bed had curtains and the girls from the staff were lovely!

Close to the metro station Via Julia, quick metro ride to the center of barcelona, it has a nice terrasse The ladder for the upper bunk bed is hard to climd on, slippery, i fell many time why trying to come down, it is not practical.

The bedrooms are very cold in the evening.

The hostel is safe for women, just important to keep your valuable belongings with you or lock them in the locker. I liked the chill zone and the rooftop terrace. During the check in the receptionist didn't offer me a towel, I had to go back downstairs and ask why there is no towel on my bed. The next morning the kitchen wasn't clean. I volunteered in another hostel before and I know 100% that's not how the cleaning and guest service is supposed to be. Most of the time the volunteers just look at their phones or computers. I'm sorry, but there's a lot of room for improvement

Bathrooms were a bit unclean but everything else was fantastic!

I thought I was getting twin bed but realised it was a bunk bed.

The staff were very friendly and the atmosphere was great. The location also isn't bad- even though it's a bit far from many tourist attractions, there's a metro stop right in front.

The guest experience is compromised by structural and managerial shortcomings. Most concerning is the lack of effective response from reception when issues are raised.
