The people were the best. Very nice and considerate. Not all could speak English well but the effort for them to communicate was sincere and truly appreciated. Special thanks to GS Adrian who helped us for everything and also in translating for others. The room is bigger than expected to very easy to repack your luggages after shopping at Westfield. The location is best, especially if for the tail end of the trip since Westfield does give you most of what you'll look for in terms of food and shopping and living behind it is best for any last minute things. Nothing. Everything was awesome.

Breakfast wasn’t included in my booking. I wish it was. 18 Euros is expensive per person! The rooms could have been more spacious. There was no microwave, kettle or an iron. Which would have been nice to have.

The mall nearby was great for shopping and the area was pretty quiet after dark. Also the spa was a nice bonus Just the shower. I hated there was no full door.

We got a premium room that allows us to spend 1 hour in the spa, that includes the pool with jacuzzi, wet and dry sauna. The room was spacious, very clean. Didn't try the breakfast. The lobby, bar and lounge were looking great, very good English speaking stuff. The cleaning stuff was very loud. Starting 7AM they started cleaning like they were up to renovate the entire building. Moving furniture, smashing things, used the vacuum to hit the walls loudly... horrible for people like us that are getting up around 10AM. The view was ok but not what we expected, we had a car shop under us, we stood at 3th floor and also they started cleaning the building from outside so early in the morning. Overall I think all the rooms have the same view because the hotel is in an intersection surrounded by buildings, it's more like a local area. And because of that, the location was so far from the center, we spent 40 minutes to get to Sagrada Familia. 15 min walk to get to the nearest Metro station then had to switch to another metro to get there.

The room was tiny, smaller than expected. The hotel was very clean and looked brand new. Although small, the room was clean. The staff were very nice and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious, especially the egg station. Small, overpriced room

Isolated and in the middle of an Industrial complex. Surrounded by 12 car delerships on one side and a mall on the other, In the middle of nowhere and expensive round trip cab rides to get anywhere. Triple room was never meant to be a triple. Beds moved and two of the beds had dangerously low (1 foot) wall lamp fixtures directly over the pillow. I severely cut my head on the lamp above my pillow as I sat up.

Everyone at this property was so nice and friendly I will be happy to return and share it with my family and friends None

Staff

We love the location (next to subway and suburban train directly from the airport, next to mall with restaurants). The premises are clean and the staff is very friendly. No coffee maker in the room.

Our experience at this hotel was truly wonderful. The staff were exceptional — always helpful, friendly, and professional. A special thank you to Nerea, Ceaser, and Fabrizo – you guys rock! They patiently guided us through all our queries, and it was a pleasure communicating in English so effortlessly. The location was a bit away from the city centre, but thanks to the nearby bus and metro connections, getting around was simple and convenient. The mall next door was a huge bonus, offering plenty of dining options and a large supermarket for anything we needed. I stayed on one of the recently renovated floors, and everything was spotless with a modern, elegant design. The cleanliness was impeccable, and I loved the pleasant aroma throughout the hotel, which made the atmosphere even more welcoming. Overall, a fantastic stay — highly recommended!

The location was very nice and next to a large mall with shopping, restaurants and a full grocery store. The staff was very friendly, attentive and accommodating. The service and food were extremely good. The facility was beautiful and well managed and maintained. There was even a scale to weigh your luggage. The lobby was a little small, but there was room in the dining room to gather and sit for extra space.

How clean it was, the staffs are nice and the facts that it was so easy to use the bus as it was just 2mins to any bus stand from the hotel. I would definitely come back ?? Absolutely Nothing

I liked the rooms, the location it is next to a busy mall, the mall had parking space sinds the one at the hotel was always full . We slept ok, the ac was not cooling properly , the rooms can get really hot during the day . That they did not mention on booking.com that you have to pay 200 euros per dog and that the dogs cannot be together in a room , our dogs are never appart which was horrible to accomodate them they where anxious the whole stay, They charge your credit card for the deposit instead of authorizing it which would have been more logical .we had to wait for 3 days before we could see that the deposit was returned in our account.! We paid the deposit in cash for one room that we did get back at check out, maybe add that to booking .com so there are no " surprises" at check in .
