Staff and cleanness The facilities were fine, but the bathroom could be improved. When you took a shower, there wasn’t a proper shower enclosure or partition, so the water spread across the floor and reached the area around the toilet.

Small room and bathroom but it was as advertised for a reasonable price.

They adv parking !! Wea asked for parking and they told us to park at the parking of the neighboring supermarket for 8 euros and we ended up to pay 35 euros per day …

Bed was comfortable- was good having shopping complex with supermarket close by Felt more like a hostel. No where to sit except on bed - no fridge, tv not able to cast, Expected more for the price

Price was ok for high tourist season. Neighborhood is away from tourist areas, but safe. Property is right next to a mall, so some restaurants options are available next door to grab a quick lunch. Many tourist areas are within 15 to 30 minutes once you reach the Metro station. We went in the summer season. The A/C in the room did not work well at all. We informed the staff - they came to check and said it was normal, but it clearly was not working normally. The room would not get cold at all, so it was hard to sleep in the night after a tiring day outside. They could not provide us with any portable fan to help us sleep better. The general room quality is worse in comparison to other Ibis hotels in Europe we have stayed at. Two Metro stations and a bigger bus stand are each at least 10 minutes walk away. The frequency of buses at the bus stop right next to the property is not good, so you have to walk to one of the metro stations or bigger bus stand. Neighborhood of this property is isolated and quite far away from main tourist areas, especially if you want to go by bus. Not may options to eat in this area after 10-11 pm.

The location was convenient about 10 mins walk to a metro station. The gentleman at the front desk and later at the bar was super helpful and pleasant, gave us every information we needed. Parking was easy at the adjoining shopping center. The bathroom in our room could really use some soundproofing and a deep clean. Your family gets a first hand auditory experience of everything you do inside. Just one pillow per person sleeping is pretty scarce at 250 per night.

I was woken up early in the morning by someone talking loudly in the hall. Suggest placing a sign “be quite at the hall” something like that in the hall even though I know it’s inevitable. The second day I took away the “skip the clean” and expected the cleaner will come and clean the room but they didn’t clean my room. While the first day I put “skip the clean” at the door they came to clean the room. Hope the cleaner makes sure they clean the room as the customer wants.

Power cut and stuck in the lift but it was not the hotel's fault the whole area had a power cut.

Everything!! There was a small couch and a wonderful window desk and chair. There was a mercadona supermarket next door that had great prepared and easy fix food. There was a microwave and eating area in the supermarket. We saved a ton eating at the market. Can’t think of anything.

Excellent location to be near downtown without all the noise. 10 minutes in Metro. The room was perfect, also the staff. Everything was wonderful

Close to transportation options, next to a mall, plenty of food options, parking available at the mall. Location in good area but a bit far if first time tourist

The rooms where old with lack of elementary furniture that should ine IBIs hotel have. The breakfast was so poor, that we barely eat something just to full a bit our stomach.

Good things are that room was perfectly clean all the time, hotel is actually in the same bulding with the shopping center so it's easy to get to the supermarket or the pharmacy, metro is relatively close (L1 and L4 on the same distance). Staff was totally fine, friendly and kind. Maybe I would stay there again but for 1-2 nights, wihtout kid (too small room for 3 people) and without breakfast. Followed advice from email and checked in online for smooth check in on site, but nevertheless was asked for an email address and was waiting in a row to be serviced. One day we came back and couldn't enter a room. Then got an info that we have to move to another room due to maintenance. That means we got the keys of both rooms to transfer our things... Online I read that breakfast is very good and at the end breakfast was my biggest dissapointment. Just processed and very sweet food, bad coffee...even tomato was like plastic... All this might be because it looks like a decent option with a best price in that moment in Barcelona.

Everything was clean, the breakfast was really nice, the staff were nice too. I would repeat it I don’t have anything bad to say about the hotel
