Staff were very polite and kind, rooms were kept very tidy and clean, towels were replaced daily and beds made. Breakfast was complimentary for our stay because our room wasn’t ready when we arrived, which was an amazing bonus which we were very happy with. Rooms came with nice soap and shower wash. Shower was amazing, very powerful and refreshing. Air con was also very good and well regulated. Overall amazing stay. No toilet brush in bathroom.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. We also rented an apartment and that one was beautiful. The staff was very helpful and provided support at every time. The breakfast that’s available for an additional charge is good and convenient. Although its location is conveniently close to a metro station, it’s very far away from the city center and the main city attractions. Going back to the room to rest in the middle of the day to stay away from the heat is not an option. The rooms are extremely small. They’re smaller than a cruise ship cabin. The bathrooms in both our rooms had a pillar placed in the middle of the room. The one in our room was even touching the toilet seat. This made it very difficult to use the facilities. My sons’ room had a pillar inside the shower making it difficult to take a shower because the pillar was robbing one fourth of the space in the shower. I still cannot understand why these units have these very inconvenient architectural flaws.

The staff was so helpful and friendly. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was very good. The location was okay, but it was very close to a metro station, so we were able to get everywhere we wanted to quickly.

Nothing The price is not cheap and yet it didnt come with any water bottles. “Eco friendly” is just a way to not change the bed everyday or give new towels unless necessary. The towels had stains on them. The housekeeping would be SO loud in the morning.laughing and banging doors. Definitely would not stay here again.

Staff were very friendly. Location was good - near train station No kettle in room. Only one key for car park for any guests parking to be shared. Breakfast was just ok. YouTube or Netflix disabled on internet TV

Nice and cozy. Very friendly staff. Even though we did not book the accommodation with breakfast, when we checked in we got offered free breakfast for the entire stay. I’ve travelled a bit and this is the first time when something like this happened. A very pleasant surprise. :) The room doors are hallow or there is a significant gap at the bottom, all of the noise from the hallway you could hear it in the room very clearly. Luckily we did not have a lot of neighbors around.

Couldn't control the a/c. Had to open a window instead. We were in an accessible room though we didn't need or request it. That made it a bit more restrictive in the shower and using the toilet.

The room was very clean, and all the staff were kind and professional. The prices were very good for the quality of service provided. I had a quiet and comfortable stay for five nights, with excellent sleep and no disturbances. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again

The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The cleaning service was also changing the towels and the sheets every day. The biggest positive surprise was the breakfast. I wasn't expecting it, but it was totally worth it. It had multiple options and the food was very tasty. All the stuff were really friendly and kind too. There wasn't something we didn't like. The stay was great and if I'd need a room, I'd stay there again.

The reception team were lovely and very helpful in resolving an issue I had with my room and the booking process. They offered me a new room and a complimentary breakfast.? The facilities were very clean, the location was great, and the environment was cozy.

We loved our stay at this hotel. Very welcoming staff, comfortable and clean rooms. It's a great option if you're travelling by car and you need a secure place to park. The hotel is in a safe neighbourhood and close to a metro stop where you have a direct line to the city center.

Great room and staff! Some noise since rooms are small and close together.
