Location was good the overall experience was very negative due to poor management and maintenance. Front Desk Service: Customer service here is unacceptable. One of the female receptionists was incredibly rude and treated guests with zero respect. Cleanliness: The room was okay at first glance, but the bathroom was clearly dirty upon arrival. Soundproofing: The sound insulation is terrible. You can hear every word and sound from adjacent rooms, making it impossible to get a quiet night's rest. I strongly advise staying somewhere else. Excellent location does not make up for bad service, dirty bathrooms, and noisy rooms.

The Wi-Fi was the fastest I've ever experienced in a hotel. An extremely convenient location. It was peaceful enough for us even while we were recovering from a cold or flu we caught from traveling. The temperature was always comfortable to come back to after a walk on the sweltering street. On the first day, they forgot to give us the little card to hang on the door to say whether cleaning service workers should come in, so it led to more than a few knocks for the cleaning service when we couldn't let them in. There were some stains and scuffs in the room (resulting from wear and tear, but not actual dirtiness. The table included in the room was extremely tiny and not very comfortable to use for much of anything. The noise insulation is serviceable but not perfect; there was some sound from plumbing working elsewhere in the building.

I liked the room, it was clean. As I already knew, there might be some noise, but it doesn't depend on the hotel. It's about the education of the clients. I had a good night!

The location was top-notch and the staffs were very good and cooperative. The luggage storage facilities is a big help. 1. The bed was having bedbugs and we found two big size. 2. No small refrigerator and not enough water or cold storage within this hot weather. 3. Needs to make the entry and key system digitalised.
