Location was perfect close to everything The pool, the picture on the website is misleading. It looks like a large pool. When is a very small pool with six people in it feels crowded.

The location was excellent, right in the heart of Barcelona's Eixample district, very well connected by public transport (metro and train). Breakfast was well varied, with options for hot meals (eggs or other varieties) to order included. Some of the fittings in the bathroom would need maintenance (e.g. one of the towel hooks was falling off; the upper shower head didn't have any pressure, though the regular one worked perfectly fine).

Bed and pillows were so comfortable, we really had a nice sleep that helped us relax We were not aware of the cleaning hours and happened to be in the room when cleaning lady needed to work in our room. But this was out fault

Location excellent with starbucks across street. Rooms and lobby were clean. Hotel bar and staff excellent. Rooftop closed this was disappointing. Breakfast excellent. Roof top closed

The room was really small. The pictures online were nicer than the room itself. The price was really high for such a small room. I also did not like the fact that the hotel did not work with us on the night we were not able to make due to flight delays and cancelations. We were supposed to be there on April 3rd but due to the flight delays and cancelations we didn't make it and the hotel still charged us for the night. We lost approximately $400 for that night. The price is way too high for what you get. I recommend that if you stay with them do not trust the online pictures. See it for yourself.

The location is great. The room face inside is quite, great for sleep. The check in and check out process is great. The bath tub is a great extra option when you had a long day of walking. I think the bar at the first floor closed too early. If can open till 12:00 am would be much better.

Very nice and clean room. Beautiful lobby. Very kind staff. Breakfast is very good, served on the -1 floor (which is a bit sad)
