The property was in a wonderful location, the staff provided everything we asked for in terms of directions, extra blankets, and an extra cot. They were very kind. Someone cleaned the room daily and they provided free coffee and little snacks which was a nice touch. Additionally the air conditioning and WiFi worked great. The room and bathroom was a nice size. Downsides were the shower wasn’t the cleanest in terms of somewhat moldy. Decor is not great but that doesn’t impact much. The first two days of our stay the water machine worked which was a great bonus but it was broken after that. Mix between a hostal and 3 star hotel

The room had a strong sewage smell, which the property manager acknowledged was caused by the drainage pipes. The room was not suitable to stay in, so I had to leave immediately. Despite not staying, I was charged for two nights. I am sharing my genuine experience so future guests can make an informed decision. I hope this review remains visible, as it reflects my actual experience at the property.

Bed and bathroom are too small.

Water leaked out of the shower.

Great location with lots of great food and drink options nearby. The staff were very accommodating and kind. The instructions in the hostel were very clear and easy to follow for the keys and early check out. It was a little confusing to enter the building and find the entrance. You need to buzz into the building then climb the stairs (elevator and lift are available) to the second floor. Would have liked to know that in advance to ease arrival.

Comfortable stay in Barcelona, friendly staff and good location, i.e., close to must-see sights in Barcelona such as Sagrada Familia, cafes, restaurants and stores. My room has a nice balcony to see the streets of Barcelona. A little difficult to find at first because the hostal is located in a building.

Checking in and out was easy. I felt safe sleeping in the room. I also booked this for the location as it is not on the main street but close to it. Walking around was convenient for food and shopping. Room did not feel inviting. The lighting is not pleasant - I suggest a warmer color for the room and its high ceilings. The emergency light on top of the door (amber color) was bright and ON all night as expected so sleeping was not comfortable. The bathroom light is not ideal for applying make up. Easy remedy. If the shower curtain was longer, water would not splash out of the shower and on the floor everywhere. The towels have seen better times - need to be replaced badly. So much potential for this lovely room if decorating is done correctly AND with purpose. This is my constructive view and hope it will get better as you move along your business. Thanks!

This places has a cute balcony from our room that overlooks street, perfect spot for a cup of coffee or glass of wine. There’s also a terrace area with lots of seating and private from the street. Many restaurants close by, and walking distance to many attractions. Host held out bags and moved them from our room to safe location after our checkout time . Highly recommend.

The staff was so kind, they made sure we had a nice and comfortable stay, they fulfilled every request we asked for. The bed was comfortable and we were in love with the balcony.

It was in a great location, and the room was very clean. The balcony was awesome, and the room felt modern. It was wonderful to be able to control the temperature, and the shower was great. There was always coffee and tea available, and a very nice, large patio. There were many thoughtful touches, and we felt very much at home. The bathroom light was on a motion sensor, but that did not sense the shower, so the light went out randomly while showering.
