Location and staff helpfulness N/A

This property was amazing, I stayed twice and if I am ever in Barcelona again I know where to book. The room is as clean and comfy, staff were very helpful and the breakfast was as soooo yummy. As a solo female travel I felt so safe and the location was very convenient. 10/10 would recommend.

location. very close to bus stops. walking distance from a station. Friendly staff. calm and safe . There were some cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets nearby. I expected it had some washing machines, but there was only a laundry service. Also, it said there was a mini bar, but there were nothing. No coffee and tea. Just a pot and a fridge. Room cleaning was not so good either. There were many hair left on the floor after cleaning.

very expensive and not high quality
-
Location and neighborhood Old infrastructure, old rooms. Hotel claims it has on-site parking, but really never available - staff claims is too small. Only alternative is to pay overnight public parking and walk 4+ blocks every time you want to use the car

A little dated
-
It's reasonably well kept but it's old.

The hotel staff was very very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay. The rooms were VERY clean and comfortable. The location is very convenient if you like to shop! We loved staying here and would stay again if needed!

The staff was very attentive and polite. The room and the lobby were very clean and very well taken care of. I like the neighnorhood amd wanted to be cloae to Sarria, so the location was perfect for me My room was on the first floor looking to the street and it was very noisy especially in the morning. Also every small noise is heard from other rooms or from the hall.
-
The size of the room. But for a solo traveler, it was perfect.
-
Staff were friendly and helpful and the location is closed to the metro.
-
The air conditioning in our room wasn't working and the room became hot, uncomfortable to sleep. The staff was very helpful and accommodating- they offered for us to move to a different room, with a functioning air conditioning unit.

The staff was great, very knowledgeable and helpful with tourist information and options Not a bad thing to say

The staff were very helpful and friendly, they could guide where to go and what to visit. Reception, canteen, cleaners all are very kind and nice people. Very good hospitality. The breakfast always was fresh. The hotel is working 24/7. Very clean. And cozy. Changing the towels every day. Breakfast was good, but every day the same food, I would suggest to expand the options, or at least keep changing it time to time. The location is not very convenient unfortunately. Metro station is far away from the centre and downtown. Plus Min 10 min walk from the metro to the hotel uphill. The area is very quiet, suits for those who come for a work and don’t spend much time outside. For those who willing to walk more and might be back to the hotel a bit late - not the best option, bc a metro working hours are limited , and then need to book a taxi, which make an additional expenses for your pocket. The single room is too small for one person and basically for this amount of money it is overrated. Would also suggest to add tissue box and flip flops as a mandatory for this price and service. The walls are so thin, literally listen every step and breathe in the corridor, I even heard the person who spoke by phone (btw, in the middle of the night), and heard the voice of the responder by phone. Apart from that my stay was fine. I wish good luck to the team. And have a nice stay to all visitors.

lovely elegant traditional place....please dont change anything
-
The small elevator only takes 3 guests, so that was a bit annoying to our group. But still felt like a decent value and I would stay again!
-
The hotel was very tidy and clean, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The reception and all the staff were extremely cordial and helpful throughout my stay. Breakfast was simply amazing, with a great variety and quality.
-
The walls are unfortunately paper thin.

Although the location is about a 10 minute walk from metro, that's all uphill. Additionally, the lobby is accessed from the street down a set of stone-paved outdoor stairs or via a steep driveway. There is additionally a step up into the lobby, and the elevator is tight with a heavy external door on each floor. Guests with mobility issues might want to take these factors into consideration.

It’s super clean and well located. I couldn’t use the parking because it is just for small vehicles. Air conditioning wasn’t working that good it was a little bit noisy.
