The staff. Ian was absolutely amazing. Very professional The Air conditioning. My room maintained 24.5 c (77 f). For 2 days I slept 2-3 hours. This needs to be fixed.mim currently staying in a hotel whose a\c is doing great

The room was clean, comfortable, and the location was excellent Unfortunately, my experience was spoiled by the staff. At 10 p.m., after I had already gone to bed, the receptionist called my room demanding that I come downstairs immediately with my passport and to pay the city tax. When I said I would come in the morning because I was already asleep, he threatened to call the police. This should have been handled at check-in, not late at night. The way it was handled was unprofessional and left a very negative impression.

the location is pretty good, close to metro universitat, which also close to shopping center. The room is quite spacious and also clean. They also offer good lockers for deposit luggage and some coupons for tourist spots.

It was beautiful! Very clean rooms and we had a huge balcony overlooking the street it was amazing. Great location close to everything! Our room did not have a great air conditioning system. We were very warm sleeping as the temperature did not go lower than 23 degrees

Room was great. Location is good ...lots in area and only 15 minutes to Gothic Quarter. Staff was helpful. No in room coffee. Coffee machine downstairs kept malfunctioning.

Great location: the hotel is just outside really touristy areas, so it was convenient but not as busy and loud as other places. The room was spacious, particularly for Europe. We traveled to 2 other cities and this was by far the most comfortable, clean, and beautiful space.

The location

Great value hotel for me and two friends on a budget. The rooms aren’t huge but they are cute, modern, and clean. The lobby area of the hotel was nice and we greatly appreciated the luggage lockers that let us store our stuff for the day. Overall felt updated and modern and we were excited to come back here at the end of a long day.

The room was very comfortable and spacious. Perfect location of the hotel for people who like to walk around the city, almost everything is within a normal walking distance. We definitely enjoyed our stay here.
