Their customer service was not as friendly as we wish.

Slow check-in

Hot on 4th foor, lot of homeless people sleep by the door

The room was not clean - the edges around the shower cubicle were slightly pink indicating that there was soap scum (not been cleaned), the handle of the bathroom door broke, one of the pillowcases was dirty. What was most disturbing, though, and the main thing to prompt a review was that the two drinking glasses in the bathroom were dirty - there was left over scum in the bottom of the glasses indicating that they hadn't even been cleaned. Absolutely disgusting.

My penthouse room was the small one not the one in the photo with the couch. There is a big patio where bands and other entertainment can play amd did so for two nights.

Receptionists are careless

Location is excellent

Beautiful room, very central for shopping etc and the check in staff were helpful. The placa outside the hotel has a few sketchy characters hanging about but this is central Barcelona so no surprise there. We were warned by the receptionists to take care in case of pickpockets (also by the security guard in Mango) which was appreciated as a woman travelling alone with children. The property has an elevator and locked luggage toom which was helpful. Right next to the famous Boqeria market. Las Ramblas is under construction so add extra travel time getting in and out. Nothing

I very much appreciate them, taking my luggage and did not give any problems. Warm, friendly staff.:) there was nothing that I didn’t like everything was perfect

Good location. Two of the front desk staff were polite and helpful namely Julian and Segundo. Very noisy. Kids running around in the corridors banging doors very late at night. There was some relief when Segundo moved us to a relatively quieter part if the hotel when we complained.

Location is very close to La Ramblas and center. Wasn’t clean, there some bugs in the room. Towels weren’t clean and worn out. They weren’t changed regularly. No coffee machine in room, for a 3 stars hotel, that’s a disappointment. House keeping personnel didn’t speak english, so there was a communication barrier. Receptionist wasn’t really welcoming. The open area in-front of the hotel smelled really bad.

The hotel was perfectly located to be able to explore. It was easy to get to from the airport. The breakfast was fabulous and the room was clean and exactly what we needed. They also had a baggage holding area which was great since our flight was a morning one and arrived earlier then check in. The only thing I could mention is the price, but all of Barcelona is expensive. So comparing to other hotels, the price was within market.

Great AC. Family size room was spacious. Nice balcony. Good location. 2 person room was very small. Bathrooms were hot without fans when showering.

The hotel itself was amazing. Beautiful, clean, and comfortable. There are a ton of nice restaurants around it. After dark the area surrounding this hotel gets a little seedy.

I was disappointed with the breakfast. There was not much variety in the food options, and the smell in the breakfast area was not very pleasant. Overall, I had a good stay, but I think the breakfast could be improved.

Everything is perfect but you must have to provide slippers

The room was nice and spacious and clean. The neighborgood is not at all nice. The hotel is inaccessible by car or taxi. Front desk staff was not at all welcoming. When we walked in, no one looks up to say hello. This was the case for the entire stay, not just once.

Excellent team to help you on everything. Perfect location...
