Good location, plenty of cafes nearby with tables inside or in the street. All good!

Before leaving the room, we placed the Do Not Disturb sign on our door. When we returned, we found that someone had entered our room and removed the spare key card that had been left inside. We immediately went to reception to ask why anyone had entered our room despite the Do Not Disturb sign. The only response we received was that it was “a misunderstanding.” There was no proper explanation, no genuine apology, and no attempt to make things right or reassure us that our privacy and belongings had been respected. The staff seemed to treat the situation as if it were insignificant. For any hotel, respecting a guest’s privacy is one of the most basic expectations. If a Do Not Disturb sign is displayed, entering the room should only happen in exceptional circumstances, and if a mistake is made, it should be handled professionally with a sincere apology and appropriate follow-up. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. This incident completely affected our sense of security and comfort for our stay. We left feeling that our privacy had been violated and that our concerns were dismissed rather than taken seriously. We would not stay here again, nor would we recommend this hotel to anyone who values privacy, professionalism, and respectful customer service.

We like the ambience of the hotel. It was not to crowded and in a good neighbourhood. The woody enviroment and calm light make us feel like home. There are view supermarket around the hotel. Quite a distance to subway station.

The room was beautiful and clean. The lobby was well appointed and the staff was friendly and helpful!

I loved the atmosphere and I also loved the interior and how it’s sooo clean, and as soon as u enter the lobby there is an amazing smell that just smooths you, highly recommend, we stayed in the suit absolutely amazing very spacious Nothing

There was no place to put my luggage or luggage holder. Also, we could hear everything in the halls like the doors opening and closing

Great location in Eixample, easy walking distance and great room with comfortable bed and amenities.

The fitness center was poor, but you could go outside on a terrace.

Location is really good, we walked to most places but also close to some metro stops. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel, lots of places nearby. Everything in the room is new and shiny. I liked the bathroom a lot. Lots of storage. Two comfy chairs in the balcony and small tables at each side of the bed stand out.. Good lightning. Relatively good insulation from the street noise. Absolutely no noise from inside the hotel, which is rare (or maybe we were lucky) Although we chose the room for double beds, they are joined. really big beds but still felt like sleeping together. And I don't know where the new wrapping style for the quilt came from, it's everywhere now. It's just slightly covered by a sheet and gets messed up when I sleep. Otherwise it was comfy.

Small thing - I could hear people coming in and out of their rooms at night, doors closing could wake you up sometimes.

The property is very clean and bed is comfortable. It is very accessible to the tourists sites. None

Very nicely renovated, friendly staff, great location Walls were paper thin, so was woken up daily with noise (other guests and housekeeping). House keeping let themselves into my room twice while I was still in there
