Location in Barcelona Strong smell of humidity in room - reported to reception and no solution found Parking gate broken and we got stuck for 30 minutes in the unbearable heat of the third floor underground the building with my daughter ill Bathroom was leaking and flooding the whole bathroom floor - also reported Mouldy fittings in bathroom Room was way smaller for four people and price paid One bottle of water although we were four people and paid a premium Some of the staff not as attentive as they could have been Place clearly had a high volume churn approach to guests and just processing people

The location is good. Not too far from the airport and close to the main sites like Park Guell and Sagrada Família. The breakfast was good. There is everything and kids enjoyed the cereal, pastries, juice and fruit. There are also a few toys in the lobby which they played with when we were waiting for our taxi to arrive. The pool was the highlight and we spent hours there. You get given towels which is great and the staff are friendly and helpful up there. Right next to Westfield so plenty of shops and places to eat. - The bathroom didn’t feel clean upon arrival. There was a hair and some fluff in the shower. -Check in was 2pm. We arrived at 2:15pm and our room wasn’t ready. We left for dinner and came back after 4 hours and staff were still uming and aring about our room. This is a major issue as loads of people were waiting on each of the days we were there. -The room key stopped working on numerous occasions which we didn’t know until we got up the the 14th floor and had to come all the way back down. -Some staff are friendly, others not so much. -At breakfast there is only 1 black tea which is earl grey. Not even English breakfast. And it’s in a teeny jar. It ran out so I asked if it could be refilled and was told by the staff there wasn’t any left. About 2 mins later someone else asked and the a different staff member refilled it.

Breakfast was excellent - huge variety, and good quality Rooftop pool is nice though small and was very busy during our stay Rooftop terrace is nice spot for evening drink with views of city Staff were friendly Views from bedroom were very good The location was a bit far away from main sights but was convenient to metro and to Glòries shopping centre The pool was small and very busy, maintenance could be better with towels etc - towel bins were always overflowing and on one visit no towels were available for about 20 mins
