Nothing ! If there were an option to give 0 stars, I would choose it because this hotel doesn’t even deserve one. Our stay was extremely disappointing. The air conditioning in our room was not working, and instead of repairing it or moving us to another room, the hotel simply gave us a fan. That is not an acceptable solution, especially during hot weather. To make matters worse, there was a strong, unpleasant smell in the reception area, which created a very poor first impression and reflected badly on the hotel’s overall cleanliness and maintenance. What shocked us even more was the attitude of the staff. When we complained about the issue, one of the employees actually said, “Why are you staying at our hotel if you already knew about the bad reviews?” This is one of the most unprofessional responses I have ever heard from hotel staff. I also asked to speak with the hotel director, but the receptionist refused to let me meet or even speak with them. The staff were aggressive, dismissive, and clearly have no understanding of basic hospitality or customer service. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I would never stay here again, and I strongly recommend that others avoid booking this hotel if they expect professional service, basic comfort, and respectful customer service.

I can not eat potatoes in my egg omelette they could not make me an omelette without potatoes or they could not make scramble eggs. The air-conditioning was not keeping the room cool it was hot.

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The first room we received was not clean, there was dust in several areas, spider webs, and the room looked old and poorly maintained. It was also very different from the photos shown on Booking. The bathroom was outdated and had a plastic ceiling, which made it feel cheap and unpleasant. After we reported the issues, the staff changed our room. While the second room was slightly larger, it still did not meet basic cleanliness standards. We found hair on the bed sheets/duvet and even in the sink, which was unacceptable. The hotel’s location is good, but cleanliness and room quality were far below expectations. The photos on Booking do not accurately reflect the condition of the rooms. Overall, we were disappointed with our stay and would not choose this accommodation again.

The only positive side was the location. But having in mind that La Rambla street is in full deep reconstruction, with noice and dirt everywhere, that is not a an advantage this season. There are several: the facility is very old, requiring immediate renovation. Rooms are old. The equipment is not functional. No. 504 for reference. insects in the room. The whole hotel smells not fresh. The breakfast is poor. Hard boiled eggs are not eatable. Then only sliced sausages and cheese and some yogurts. No hot breakfast opportunities. Out of 3 days stay we had only first day breakfast. Zero soundproofing. Everything out room is heard. You try to sleep but hear the voice of other guests back to hotel at 2 AM. No recovery during the night possible.

It’s centrally located and walking distance to a lot of places to see. Lots of restaurants all over the area. There is construction in the middle of street . It’s not easy to find taxi because of that.

Location was perfect My room did not have a window or balcony. It did have a sliding door that opened into a concrete ventilation shaft that was shared with other rooms. Conversations could easily be heard

The room was not as clean as expected, the air conditioning was old and ineffective, and there were visible signs of mold. The mattresses were also very uncomfortable. The customer service was equally disappointing. The staff member who checked us in was not welcoming or particularly helpful, and the interaction left us feeling more like an inconvenience than valued guests. The only reason we stayed was because there was a Pope visit taking place, which made it very difficult to find alternative accommodations. Otherwise, we would have chosen to stay elsewhere. In fact, we spent as little time in the room as possible. Overall, this hotel had a negative impact on our vacation and travel experience. I am disappointed that this property is promoted as a recommended accommodation. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel and would advise travelers to consider other options. Great position !

Location and staff Toilet was broken, water was under maintenance during half the day, elevators were sketchy

The breakfast was good and the location was great - close to sites and metro. The staff was exceptional. Sadly we were there for 3 nights and barely slept. The metro was so noisy and shook our walls late into the night. Every night party people were extremely noisy and kept us awake till after midnight. Our last night they yelled and screamed and laughed till 6 am - we got zero sleep!!!!!!. The roadwork down the entire street was noisy and dusty - it will be beautiful when done but that won’t be for a very long time! Possibly years. We would not choose to stay here again only because of the noise.

Location is very good, but constraction which is continue on La Rambbla make location worthless. I will definitely recommend this hotel when vonstraction is over Horrible smelt in bathroom. Breakfast could be better. City tax $7.70, extra, but reservation shows $5.50 just 2 month ago

The front staff was very helpful. Willing to hold our bags after we checked out until we were ready for our cruise. Also, provided great recommendations. The location is handy for getting to the cruise port. Could hear the metro running. Not annoying, but it does happen. Also, check-in was a little slow. Had to fill out a form and then wait to get processed.

Location was excellent. Beautiful Terrace with an excellent view First no facility to put your toiletries in the bathroom No Shower curtain so when when you take a shower the whole floor gets wet.
