master La Rambla

The location was excellent. The service was always prompt and with a smile. Everything I needed help with was provided. I would definitely stay there again.

Location, staff, clean, terrace Our unit was on the same floor as the ‘amenity’ terrace. It was distracting to see random tenants in our hallway and elevator cue.

It seemed that ventilation system in the bathroom is not working. I believe that in the future the apartment will have problem with mold and dampness. For now it was ok.

Excellent unit The street noise one night did not stop until 6:30am

The location is great, it is very clean and the staff were wonderful. The interior room has very little natural light.

Modern, clean, decent size apartment with space to work. Construction everywhere around it, and La Rambla in general is a bit questionable. I knew this before but wanted the apartment to have more space to work remotely.

Front desk host on site, very friendly and helpful. Two efficient elevators, never had to wait. Generously sized luggage lockers in case you arrive before your room is ready (self-programmed combination lock system with easy instructions worked perfectly) adjacent to a nice sun terrace with lounge chairs and restroom. Walking distance to the Gothic Quarter. Convenience store steps away (bottled water, liquor, etc.) No warning that the property location (La Rambla) would be under construction during our stay. Very noisy and destroyed the location ambiance.

There is a lot of construction currently being done on La Rambla that I wish we had known about. There was also very loud street noise at night until around 6:30am.

This property was great , clean spacious , comfy bed and close to everything . We had a market and a restaurant downstairs .

The apartment was spacious. Beautiful bathroom. The staff was exceptionally helpful. And the balcony was large. Unfortunately Rambla is under major construction. Not the fault of the Hotel but the jack hammer starts at 8 am and ends at 17:30 pm. So using the balcony is noisy and if you want to sleep in, you can’t. Also, the hotel is in a good location with a lot near by however at night it seems a bit unsafe. I am never worried and I felt unsafe enough to ask the front desk what the situation was in the area. Where I should walk and not.

The amenities The shower which floods. A deeper cleaning of the toilet should be performed. It was disappointing.

The knob and sliding door in the bathroom/toilet is hard to pull or move, when it get stuck. Otherwise, all is well
