Location was reasonable. Would not stay there again. The noise. Very noisy till late at night. The ignorant desk staff. The cost.

The breakfast room was sooo small

Great staff, super clean, and an excellent breakfast. Great location, walking distance to almost everything you want to see.

The noise until 5 am every night making it impossible to sleep. Also saw a very large roach in the lobby when checking out.

Great location. I expected a very small room at this was extremely small. The air conditioning was either on full blast or not functioning at all. The breakfast location is in the basement and it’s basically a sauna. You are sweating when you’re trying to eat breakfast. Very good location and staff that does their job.

The location is good, however the hotel itself is very outdated. The rooms need major renovation, the furniture is worn out, the wood is old, and the humidity in the rooms is very uncomfortable. The breakfast is also below the standard expected from a 4-star hotel and requires significant improvement. To be honest, my expectations from a 4-star hotel were much higher than what I experienced. The lobby is outdated, there are barely any facilities, and even basic amenities like a toothbrush and toothpaste need to be requested separately. While that is acceptable in some cases, it still does not reflect the standard of a 4-star hotel. I travel frequently, and I would honestly say this has been one of my worst experiences in a 4-star hotel. The breakfast is very limited and not worth adding to the booking. The breakfast area is also very small and always overcrowded.

I woke up several times during the night because of the noise and extremely high voices and talking.

As expected - I knew what I was paying for in terms of room size and facilities. Location was spot on and right next to the Gothic Quarter and the lively Ramblas street

One of the best things about this place is its superb location. It was very convenient and gave us easy access to all the places we wanted to visit. Getting around was simple, and many attractions, restaurants, and shops were within easy reach. Overall, we had a great experience and truly enjoyed our stay. The comfort of the rooms combined with the excellent location made our trip even more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this place to others and would happily stay here again in the future. One area that could be improved is the internet connection, especially for guests who work remotely. A faster and more reliable connection would be greatly appreciated. There was also an instance when I asked the receptionist about the internet speed, and the response I received was “How would I know?” which I found a bit unhelpful and somewhat offensive. It would be great if the staff could provide more helpful information regarding this, particularly for guests who depend on stable internet for work. In addition, having more variety in the breakfast options would make the experience even better. We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights, and by the third day we were already a bit tired of eating the same breakfast. Offering a wider selection or rotating menu would definitely improve longer stays.

I love the location and the staff The extremely strong smell of man cologne they use for the lobby . It should be more like a spa: hotel scent.

Level of cleanliness of bathroom, lack of chairs or luggage storage in room and slow lift

Fabulous location, on the la rambla. Close to everything. The rooms were bare Bones. Clean, but no closet. Not enough towels, and one of them was actually torn! We stayed there for one night, that was enough. Bed was reasonable, a place that you don't want to spend more than a night or two. Staff pleasant. Just a funny comment, front lobby smelled like a horrible disinfectant. Thankfully the rooms did not have the same smells

Lack of Breakfast variety for international customers.

Clean, great location. Great shower and water pressure. Good beds. Good size room. Street noise was considerable. Lobby had slight sewer smell.
