Clean and good staff Elevator is so slow.

The breakfast and Spa is very good, great for families as well. Staff was very helpful. Gym needs a few more equipment like the rower, leg extension, Lat pulldown. Mats.

Location is bad as nothing nice to see around the area!! I don’t recommend neither due to the rooftop who served our cocktails at 22h45 but asked us to leave at 11h. I don’t recommend because the cortado I had in the lobby was tasteless. I don’t recommend because when going to the swimming pool, we are being asked to go back to our room because there are no more safe available for our phones. Also the wellness was full of kids after 3pm.

i travel a lot ... OMG THIS HOTEL - everything was just so smooth and perfect!!! room was massive, huge wardrobe + drawers (same in the bathroom a lot of storage space) very important for me. bathroom was nice too - room was ready way before 3PM so we could check in early. and checkout at 12PM - so nice. hotels that kick you out at 10.30AM should be illegal. they even offered me free checkout at 1PM (or 2PM for a small fee) i ended up leaving before 12PM anyway but still it was so nice to be allowed if needed, staff was very helpful and happy to answer any questions. and that stunning marble staircase - LOVE IT - not some loud metal stairs hidden at the back when you don't want to use a lift... wish they had a pool outside as well as the one in the Spa - but to roof terrace was beautiful still and its such a nice space to relax - drinks at sensible prices. spa - very very nice, clean, has all you need and expect from it really and gym had all you need too.
