Overall, the hotel was nice, clean and well maintained. The room was comfortable and the property had a pleasant atmosphere. Unfortunately, the reception staff could have been more welcoming , especially some of the female staff members. The attitude at reception was not always as friendly or professional as expected.

Great hotel, lovely staff, amazing terrace and pool. A bit of a bummer the rooftop bar was not open given it was summer (you could order over the phone though so not an issue to get a drink). Would definitely recommend and will definitely return. Nothing

Great facilities, room very comfortable, rooftop pool and area very spacious. Gym was small and you had to book in advance to use gym, spa and sauna, which unfortunately only did once as was hard to plan around other activities. Couldn’t go when you wanted.

Brilliant hotel located in Gràcia neighbourhood. I loved the design of the hotel and the pool with the Sagrada familia view was amazing. Very descent breakfast, all great. The hotel is exactly what it promises to be. The only thing - smoking in the amazing outside breakfast area doesn’t make much sense.
