Great property. Great location. Price was reasonable. Staff was helpful. With 5 people we needed 3 rooms. We were in the top floor so it was hotter up there than other floors. AC seemed to catch up in the late evening so sleeping was good.

Friendly welcoming personnel, clean rooms

The location is fantastic for exploring Barcelona and is between two charming plazas with multiple restaurant and cafe options for food and drinks. The bathroom in our room had a strange smell that did not go away during our 4 night stay. It was so strong we had to buy room spray to mask it and kept the bathroom door closed at all times.

Location was awesome and clean! Not big enough and breakfast had no protein in the mornings.

It was a bit expensive, but what isnt in Barcelona?

The location was great and made it easy to get around the city. Staff were friendly, and the room had everything I needed for a few nights. Breakfast was a little simple and had limited variety.

Location was great-right on a square in old town. Easy walk from airport shuttle bus TINY rooms. Felt like being aboard a ship. many rooms have no windows. stairs to lobby. They have an elevator after that, but it didn’t work. Air conditioning is pretty lame. No kettle in room.

The staff were really kind, the room clean abd the position of the room with 2 windows overlooking two squares fabulous Unfortunately the ensuite bathroom smelt very badly of drains...sort this out and our stay would be really really good. Would've like the room to have been tidied everyday

The plumbing was really bad so the bathroom was very smelly and stinky

Location was amazing. The room was really clean.

Service Should have two Matys for bathroom floor — it is very cold.

Location is great. You are right in the center of the Gothic quarter. It was nice to have an actual reception desk rather than self check in. This hotel is basically a hostel with private rooms. Desk staff were efficient but nothing more. We asked for a piece of tape and told we could buy some at the local store. Asked about restaurants and got a shrug of the shoulders.Breakfast was offered at an additional price and was very basic.

Location and reasonable price. Rooms small but to be expected for the price.

Fantastic location! Shower was small, but fine for us.

We felt like we were in a great location. There was so much around us.

It was in the middle of the city, close to many things to see. The guy at the front desk was SO NICE. He did anything he could to make your stay easy and comfortable. There were NO lifts to the main desk. I had to drag all my luggage up two flights of very steep stairs. Being 67 did not help. Although we knew we were only staying 1 night, the room was so small. Barely room for the 2 twin beds. The bathroom was also, so small. Interestingly, the shower did not have a glass partition that closed the entire shower area so water would get on the bathroom floor.

Location is central , value for money Stairs leading up to the property and to access lift
-
The shower was tiny. Every time I moved I hit the water turn off lever. I think the whole shower was 24"- 24" and ours had black mold.
-
That the extra bed wasn’t ready when we got there.

Wonderful location that is in the middle of the Gothic Quarter. A short walk to the Cathedral of Barcelona. Only 3 minutes to the L3 metro, which connects to all the places that we want to go to. Staff are super friendly. The reception is on the 2nd floor. And the elevator is very small. But those limits are totally understandable. I would definitely choose the hotel again if I come to Barcelona in the future.
