Good location Nice room. Communication with front desk not good. We got in early morning and even after 2 emails, they had canceled our room.

Very well located, friendly and helpful staff, nice and modern decor Somewhat deceiving. One of the rooms booked was unexpectedly much smaller than expected even though at the time of booking the room size given was the same (20m2). This was especially inconvenient as we were two people, thankfully we only had 1 suitcase. There was also only one chair so we could not really spend time in the room except to sleep. There was also an issue with the shower flooding but this was swiftly addressed by the kind staff.

The hotel is in the famed Gothic Quartes hence in del centro of da buzz. Very clean with GR8 shower n posh toiletries. A real gem. The staff are very welcoming n helpful. Our next door room was noisy. The sound barriers are lacking a bit.

Beautiful hotel, staff were excellent. We stayed here 11 years ago on our honeymoon so it was lovely to be back. We came early from a cruise and they got us in early and even gave us a better room. Really helpful with leaving bags and sorting airport taxi. Left at 3am so couldn’t stay for breakfast. Coffee and pastries lovely as well. Nothing

The hotel is located in the heart of the city’s historic centre and has been beautifully and thoughtfully transformed from a historic palace. The hotel itself has a beautiful character, but the service does not quite live up to what one would expect from a boutique hotel. The hotel presents itself as a boutique hotel, which suggests a focus on individuality, design, atmosphere and, importantly, a more personal approach to guests. Unfortunately, the last part is missing. The reception staff do not really make any effort to provide an individual or personalised experience. You are simply given your room key, and that is more or less it. Do not expect a concierge-style service or any particular assistance with your stay. In fact, you should consider yourself lucky if someone answers the phone at reception at all. We tried calling the hotel 14 times from our taxi to ask about access to the hotel by car, and it was quite frustrating not to be able to get through.

The staff was wonderful. The location was convenient and charming. I love the provided soap and lotion. They worked hard to have the room ready early. I’m used to breakfast being included.

The room was comfortable and very nice. We were able to drop off our luggage early to enjoy our time in Barcelona. We didn’t realize continental breakfast was an extra cost. Our conditioner bottle was empty in the shower.

General facilities were great. Breakfast area was very nice. Staff was very nice. Room was minuscule and could hear the bed next door move through the wall. People yelling in the hallway after 11 pm. Taxi wouldn’t take me there due to crowded alleyways will not visit or recommend.
