Excellent apartment that has far better value than a hotel. I loved having kitchen , living room , separate sleeping space and terrace. Location was perfect and convenient in a safe neighborhood and right by the train station. None

The host was very kind and helped us with an early check-in. The location is in an old traditional Barcelona type of building. It can happen that this is not to everyone's taste (actually we liked it). The location is good for an evening walk from the city center.

This was a self-catering flat that allowed us to come and go as we pleased, make our own drinks (we could have cooked meals had we wanted), and sit in comfort. We particularly appreciated the helpfulness of the owner. She let us stay until 5pm on the day of our departure as her new client was not arriving until later - this really suited our plans and made our last day more relaxed. The accommodation is clean and well furnished, with separate sleeping, sitting, cooking and bathroom areas/ rooms, and a conservatory/ 'garden' area. The apartment is well-located in a district with plenty of bars and restaurants, not far from the centre (Las Ramblas, Gothic quarter etc). It is cheaper than many of the hotels in this area and we considered it good value. The apartment building is quite old so the flat is accessed from a rather gloomy stairwell. In the apartment there are no windows to the street, and there is not a lot of natural light (although there is some). The bed is quite a small double.

Beautiful, basic but decently furnished apartment just metres away from gran via. The host was very helpful and took the time to show me tbe apartment herself. The own patio is the highlight of the cosy apartment.

The kitchen living area was a acceptable This is an internal apartment .. in a very old building with a lift that only works on occasions … there is no natural light - the ‘terrace ‘ sloops and felt dangerous and lets in no light the ‘double bed’ and surrounding area were almost impossible for 2 adults to navigate and the bed and bedding were both cheap and not acceptable - we made wrong chouce and left after 1 night - I texted the host to tell her but never received a reply
