Looks nice on photos, nothing else. Communication with this stay was absolutely terrible, staff is not responsive and they don't have any empathy whatsoever. They have ignored all of my messages regarding serious health condition, and also messages and calls from Booking support. I just needed a confirmation for external insurance policy, but also nothing. Once booking support managed to reach them, they said to reply within a day, but of course they didn't.

Good location, Quiet neighborhood, Good and spacious rooms, Strong AC in summer. Our keys stopped working several times. We made at least 4 extra trips from the too floor to front desk. The elevator is very slow and can only hold 4 people max, which also delays things.

Easy to get to and park, clean, well-stocked, and the a/c made it so comfortable! We liked everything.

We liked the interior and the design of the rooms, and the location as well! Its beside mercadonna grocery store and a lot of cafes around the area. We didn't like the pillows, they were so uncomfortable and they didn't have duvet and only provided us with thin blankets.

Everything. The location, comfortable bed, kitchen, really spacious, modern bathroom.

Room service was bad , the cleaning staff visit and use the same bedsheet and go with out doing anything

I sent them email before going there to have an early check in and it was important for me, but unfortunately they haven’t replied and I went there but the room was not ready and it was a big trouble for me. But the my stay was comfortable and pleasant.
