Nice hotel, clean and close to the beach. We did not have any problems.

Easy to locate and access main attractions on foot or by public transport. Staff were excellent- we arrived off the cruise ship at 7am and the hotel stored our luggage for us to go exploring and contacted us once the room was ready which was well before check in time. Breakfast was plentiful and a good variety of options. Nothing

Really clean and comfortable room with a nice view to the outsite. Checking in and out was easy and the staff was very nice. Decent location with the metro and buses very close to the hotel. Happy with my stay :) Some distance to the beach and center but location is not too bad and there are good transport options nearby.

It seemed nice at first. However the moment I reported a problem the communication from their side stopped completely! First they called me and texted me on WhatsApp on the day of my check-in day to say there was a technical problem with my booking and they had to relocate my booking to another of their hotels which was 20 minute drive or 1 hour walk from my original chosen location! Given such a short notice reluctantly I agreed. Then got BURNT by the shower in the room! The shower suddenly with no warning went from warm to boiling hot for 2 seconds and burned me!! Every 20/25 seconds the water went boiling hot for a couple of seconds for no apparent reason! Complained to the reception and was told the only option was to use the shower in another room at the end of the corridor but not allowed to move to that room so I would have had to walk to that room, take shower and come back to my room loool In summary - €140 per night - got relocated miles away from my original location at the last second, got burnt by the shower in the room and for that reason couldn’t have a shower in the morning too. Extremely unhappy. Asked for a refund multiple times and received zero reply from them even though WhatsApp chat shows they checked my messages and before I raised this complaint they were very prompt with their replies. Disgusting behaviour by a “boutique” hotel.

Excellent location, near the subway and a short walk from an airport bus stop, lots of transit bus lines in the area. Still central without being too busy like La Rambla. I arrived several hours before I could check-in, but was able to use the downstairs bathroom to change and freshen up before leaving my bags in a secure area to go out for a while. As the last stop on a 3 week trip and my 5th hotel, I was really looking for clean, comfortable, and easy, which I definitely got here. The room was a great size and I got a king bed, really appreciated the large closet as well as the wine and bottled water waiting in the room. Really nice and big bathroom, and the first with a bathtub I'd had my whole trip. Breakfast was excellent, many hot/cold and savoury/sweet options and a large dining room. I had to check out early in the morning and got a to-go breakfast, which was very nice! It seems like Barcelona has raised hotel prices across the board, and it was a very pricey stay despite being the cheapest I could find at the time, and it wasn't even peak season - this one alone made up about 1/3 of what I spent on hotels for 3 weeks around Italy before I arrived. I like that more hotels are devising systems to let cleaning staff know you don't want your towels changed, but in this case I did leave my towels on the rack to avoid this and they were still changed. It's a great system to cut down on unnecessary washing and water use, it just needs to work!
