Room was not clean. Receptionist took 500 note to return 350 but he instead of admitting that he has already taken 500 demanded 150 more thereby causing me loss of 500 rupees.

The location is the best part of this hotel. It's just 3-4 minutes walk from the Beach. The staff members were very supportive and friendly. The Rooms are OK, not very good but with the price and location, it's good option. The room quality can be better.

The Hotel looks decent and will be a challenge to get car parking. The location is added advantage and will be near to most of the places. There is no restaurant so to stay with family will be doubtful . Difficult for cat parking, and surroundings are not so cleanliness. So much alcohol and cigarette smell on corridors.

The location was great. Other than that stay away from this place. I stayed here in a double room by myself, if I had to share then the room size would have been small for 2 people. The bedroom and bathroom was dirty, I stayed here for 28 nights and my sheets were changed twice. My towels changed once a week and not once did I have toilet paper in my room, I went out and bought my own. I believe there was meant to be a bottle of water in the rooms daily, this never happened, the 1 time I did ask, the boy at reception took the money for it. The location is perfect, but other than that I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.
