Centrally located in Calangute. Access to everything nearby - the beach, restaurants, shops, cafes, taxis, etc. However the hotel's ideally located on a quiet street. Cleanliness is key - house cleaning provided daily. They provide water bottles every day. The rooms are air conditioned room, spacious with comfortable beds. There is a restaurant that gives breakfast a la carte; as well as dinner. Nice meals at reasonable rates. The host, Simon is friendly and attends to your every need. This is the perfect stay for a solo traveler like me. It's hard to find anything to dislike about my stay at this hotel.

Great hotel at a reasonable price with a swimming pool. Extremely comfortable and tidy. Free bottled water, fresh bed linen and cleaning every day. The main treasure of this hotel was the staff. Nothing was too much trouble, extremely polite and helpful. The cook at the hotel was a master chef, very good quality and tasty. Special credit and big thank you to Simon who is the manager of the hotel for the welcome.

Lovely hotel, perfect location, kind staff. Breakfast had lots of choice and was always delicious! Wi-Fi was spotty at times but nothing too inconvenient. Pool was clean and a refreshing change to the busyness of the beach. Overall was fantastic value for money and would recommend staying! Please be careful not to accept a taxi from right outside the hotel in the street.

Overall cleanliness and hygiene isn't up to the mark for the prices charged. Room size is small and looks big in the pictures & bathroom isn't good at all.

The kitchen personel made me 2 fried eggs at breakfast without asking for it, when he saw me not choosing the spicy indian food. Really nice gesture! ?? Soft and nice bed. Quite good breakfast buffet with cornflakes and cold milk (if you ask for it), coffee/tea, orange juice, toast with butter and jam, and watermelon and two types of typical Indian breakfast. Worn impression of the room interior, mold stains on the ceiling and faint mold smell in the room when arriving and before the AC was running. The only way to lock the door when leaving, was to first press the lock button on the inside of the door knob before closing the door, strange lock mechanism I haven't seen before. ? I accidentally lost my room key, and it was a quite high penalty fee of 800 rupees (~9 euros) for that!
