Nothing Rude Behaviour of Receptionist Staff Deny For Every Request Even if you start asking anything without listening full question they just say no whatever will your question and parking while booking they will say park the vehicle inside their premises once you done with your documention they will ask you to park your vehicle outside hotel on left side of Road is this Behaviour..? They Charge 70 to 100 rupees to carry soft drink or hard drink in pool area then what they charging in booking amount pool is dirty you can find insects in pool.

The Entrance of the Resort looks very classy. But if you go inside it is not that clean

The room was clean and tidy. The only problem we faced was with the A/c in both the rooms first of all it didn't chilled the room enough and at the night time it got turned off automatically several times.

Location is good.. it is on jst 5min walkable frm calangute Beach.. rooms are good .. feels safe for family stay.. pool is clean and maintained Rooms are good but need som maintenance.. AC leakage in room.. no kettle in room.. tv not working..breakfast ok ok....few things.. but overall good experience.. in this budget..

nothing is good. 1. Very poor management. 2. No hot water, no TV. 3. Very unhygienic bed spreads, towels, window cartons. 4. Breakfast is really very bad. 5. no proper ventilation to rooms. 6. Booking.com pictures not matching with present building situation. I will not suggest anyone to go through booking.com for hotel or anything. Very poor booking.com I will share this example to reach multiple people. Booking.com misguided me.
