Reception staff lack knowledge and customer service, lack customer satisfaction, and are very lowest of the low. Dirty, stained bathroom towels, bed and mattress dirty, worn out, decorating generally well outdated. Breakfast is pretty cheap rubbish quality, not worth recommending it to our friends and families as disgusting, like a doormantoray standard. My matteress had its days, now like a hammock , ready for newlyweds to dream of a hammock for adults having a good time after marriage, on their first night, swinging in the hammock for mutual enjoyment. I will write this true and accurate information and review on all social media so no one else from my friends and families gets involved in this lowest I booked my accommodation via Booking.com in July 2024, they never acknowledged my booking, I made several enquiries all ro no avail. I felt I was scammed, so I On 5th December, I call on international line costing me over 30.00 pounds in pay as you go contractors

The room was not cleaned. Breakfast was very very ordinary

The staff is good and helpful Lamp, light fittings, AC floor had lot of dust on them which has not been cleaner looks like for long and the floor was not mopped properly.Had to call them and get the floor mopped once again. There was a broken tray Jim the washroom.

Property is good with a pool. Rooms are amply spacious with space for additional single bed if required. Restaurant is good. Seperate parking lot about 50 mtr from the property . Close to Candolim beach. Door lock sensor card did not work and there did not seem to be any backup due to which the door had to be literally forced open.

the resort rooms shown in the pictures are in new building and the hotel gave us third class room in old building where lift was not present. bed sheets were not changed .kettle was dirty. lobby was dirtiest like hostel.

Breakfast was good. I wanted a pool facing room but couldn’t get it. Another issue - I was under the impression that I have booked a deluxe room it would be pool facing and there would be lift service. I got a premium room and not a grand premium which was pool facing and had lift service. I didn’t have access to lift and the balcony opened onto a courtyard. No issues- I was satisfied with the stay , the rooms are huge and clean and amenities adequate.

Apart from it being close to the beach there is nothing good about the property We stayed for 5 day and had the worst experience.The picture of the room displayed on the App was entirely different from the room we were give. Although the hotel staff offered us a change of room. But yet the room was below satisfactory. There was a constant stink/smell of the drainage everywhere in the room. The furniture in the room were old. The washroom was never cleaned by the housekeeping. Basic things like a toilet roll was not kept in the washroom. Will never recommend this property to anyone. There much properties within the area at a much cheaper rate and better service.
