Staff are also really good, Front desk Mr. Sumit and Ms. Prarthana(don't remember her name but definitely her name starts with PRA.. location on Candolim main road.. The restaurant, food and the staff working for the restaurant have no clue about the food. The buffet, both breakfast and dinner is very bad and the spread of the buffet is the worst.. It was like the restaurant regretted having given a complementary breakfast and the paid dinner/lunch buffet. They were literally counting how much to serve the customer and try to save as much. The restaurant, buffet is the worst I have ever seen in a Star hotel.

at Holiday Inn Goa Candolim was the excellent breakfast, the comfortable room, and the amazing staff. The breakfast had a wide variety of fresh and tasty options every morning, which made the start of the day very enjoyable. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere after a long day. The staff members were extremely polite, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality made us feel welcomed and cared for throughout the stay. Overall, these three things made our experience truly memorable and enjoyable at Holiday Inn Goa Candolim was that the queen bed felt a bit small and was more comfortable for one person rather than two. However, the hotel staff responded very quickly to our request and provided an extra mattress, which made the stay comfortable enough for three people. I really appreciated their helpfulness and prompt service in resolving the issue. Apart from this minor inconvenience, the overall experience was pleasant, and the staff’s support and hospitality made our stay enjoyable and comfortable.

The staff is excellent and caring. The breakfast was great and the chefs made it a point to come by and check in. The property claims to be a 5 star - but everything looks dilapidated - particularly when you compare it to other 5 stars in India.

It is located in a nice place with less congestion and nearness to the beach and some tourist attraction centers. Good for a long walk, shopping centers. The employees are very courteous and supportive round the clock Check in time takes a bit longer

Location was great. Hotel and rooms were clean. Pool was clean. Kids play area was virtually non existent and spa was not functional.
